This place is awesome. I'm traveling with my husband on business and he was sent to freakin El Paso. Fun. Not. Well, maybe. It's late May and it's freakin hot and dry outside. So most outdoor activities that don't involve water are closed on the week days until next month. So, I searched for an indoor play park and found this gem. I can not believe it's only been reviewed once...a year and a half ago. I would have never known it'd been around that long because it looks brand spankin new. There are so many activities to do: bumper cars, bumper boats, art, dress up (with makeup and glitter tattoos), Wii room, and a big foam wrapped obstacle course - my child bounced from station to station. She didn't even want to play with me, which meant I just sat reading my iPad and talking to other parents. I finally got so tired of doing nothing, I went down the slide a few times. That was at about the 4 1/2 hour mark. She spent 5 hours running herself into a coma. We got there before noon, left just short of 5. Because it was so late, I popped up to Chik-Fil-A to get her nuggets (she won't eat anyone else's nuggets) and let her eat them in the car. She fell asleep before we got back to our hotel in the car. Once I got her back up to the room and potty taken care of, she...and wait for it....SLEPT THOUGH THE NIGHT (5:30ish-6ish)!

My husband and I thought this was a very cute and well thought out little area for toddlers -- focus on the word small. Either way, we loved it as it was perfect for our two year old to shake some "crazies" out. The entrance fee for him was $5 and some change and in order to to do other activities, you have to pay $2.50 per ticket. The price per ticket is a bit ridiculous, if you ask me. We have gone twice so far as we are new to El Paso, but will continue to go for the play areas, but probably won't invest too much on their other activities. Pros: - Cute area to let the little ones let loose. - Clean areas - Good food with beer available Cons: - Can get quite hectic for the little ones - Can be expensive if kids want to participate in multiple activities - Workers could be a little more "cheerful" for their environment.

Jungle Jaks it's the place to took your children to have a blast! If the weather it's not quite good to take them to the park, take them here! The place is very friendly for toddlers as they can explore and play trough the colorful slides (there are 2), climbing to the second level to get there and play with other kids. The beauty section is where they can get costumes of superheroes, princess or other options. There is the shooter balls as they can throw or play with them. At the go-kart area and a bumper boats (a small pool where the kids can drive a boat) will have good times riding together. They have shareable combos for food and beer. As we get there, there were a performers as Frozen characters that my daughter loves! The installations and the restrooms are clean, the ambiance and the employees are very friendly and making sure that every kid at the place is playing safety. The fee it's $5.00 per kid from 1 to 13 years old, the older doesn't have to pay to entrance, they have activities that you have to pay for like the go-karts, the bumper boats or the jump place, so we get the VIP pass for $24.99 and you can get all this rides anytime you want. I give Jungle Jaks 4 stars because although we spend a very good family time, I suggest that can offer a family VIP package for those who have 3 or more kids for a reasonable price, in other way it's a very expensive place.

My kid really enjoyed herself and they had military discounts. She really enjoyed the slides and the water boats they had. Overall we had a great time and will be returning back soon.

Good place just had my lil ones birthday party here and the service is awesome the food is good and it's affordable second year we have her birthday party here so we will keep coming back even just to bring my girls to have some fun and play. The pizza is better then peter pipper for sure and the rest of the food is good. If you want an inexpensive and fun place to have a birthday party this is the place to be. My girl love this place and for sure enjoy it when I come with them.

Great place to bring the kids to burn their energy. There's palm tree for the kids to climb on, foam ball pit with blasters up top. The negatives is that its pretty small and the main attraction is the jungle gym which could get pretty hectic with thekids on the weekend. I recommend going during the week during lunch. The water ride and the bumper card could use more room. The food is great in my opinion to include wings nachos pizza and they also serve beer.

A fun place for kids... Thank God they offer Beer to the Adults. This place gets very busy and loud. A little expensive all the way around! I still recommend this playground but a Beer in hand is a must!

The food was a nice change of pace from traditional El Paso foods. Soul food eggrolls: it was like a big spoonful of granny's Sunday meal without overeating. I'd never put greens, Mac n cheese, and chicken together but somehow it worked. Understandably, it wasn't seasoned like granny's to appease the masses, but the sauce on the side elevated the taste. Shrimp and grits: such a New Orleans feel to it, a much try and f you like the taste of grits. Savory and flavorful. The steak skillet was a heaping serving of deliciousness. We definitely got our money's worth and took food home. Eating here was such a pleasant experience, we can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

TVs are located throughout, from various table angles. Our server Alex will receive 5/5 stars for his kindness, attentiveness and attention to not only our table but his very full and frequently sat section. However, when reaching out to other staff members for assistance in his absence, there were some things that fell through the cracks. Missing silverware, condiments not being present, and at times things going forgotten or unnoticed when requested. The appetizer (pictured) Philly Egg-rolls, were the best food option we received for brunch that afternoon. It was shareable between 3 adults and filling before the entrees arrived. I wouldn't order the Monte Cristo Sandwhich again, very large, dry and just didn't pair well with the potatoes and the jam offered (pictured). We did have to switch out drinks due to her taste and upkeep up the beverages. The sweet tea originally ordered did not taste well but received new drinks upon request: Mango and Strawberry lemonade. This is a family friendly place, busy, but I would give it another chance.

I had the pot roast with salad, and had bread pudding for dessert. My dining partners had a chili bowl with corn muffin, a Denver omelette with hash browns and corned beef hash with potatoes, scrambled eggs and added a waffle, because WAFFLES!! Oh and they split a chocolate cream pie. So my salad was amazing, forgot to take a pic. The ranch dressing here is really good. Ripe to and crisp romaine. And nice cucumbers. My pot roast was so tender it was simply falling apart, the veggies under were nice. The gravy was yummy, I had to ask for some extra. The green beans were simply amazing here. And they had corn on the cob!!! Bi-colored, sweet, tender-crisp when you took a bite! SO GOOD. My dining partners liked their food, the Denver omelette was a picture to look at and huge. The only real complaint there was the has was just too dry. It was just shredded corned beef and small cubed potatoes. It needed something to bring it all together, she said. She didn't finish it. The 3 of them split a chocolate cream pie. It looked very nice but when cutting into it, to share slices, that was impossible, it was not set inside, it was very runny. Perhaps the waiter grabbed one that had just been made and not one that had chilled long enough, but they ate it with spoons and loved the flavor. My bread pudding was spectacular. I love Bread Pudding anyway, but this was very very good but the third bite in, it was cold, not just refrigerator cold but super cold. So I called the waiter back over and asked him to please reheat it because it was like near frozen in the middle. Which he happily did and also added some fresh whipped cream for me. So a couple of miscues with the desserts but all in all a nice birthday celebration. MAGGIE, I know you wanted me to email you, on my previous review, HOWEVER, your email address you gave bounced back as undeliverable or not an email address on several email options I have. Just to let you know, I tried. I was going to just come talk to you in person, but today was not the day to do that sort of thing. Could you check and see if your email address is correct? Thank you! Love the BBD! Will be back again.

As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.
