We stopped by on a Friday night, bowling for an hour was $50. They have other attractions/games in there but we didn't participate in any of it. The bar area has a few pool tables and kids are allowed in that area as long as an adult is accompanying them. Only problem we had was that our lane kept having problems with the pins not coming back correctly and sometimes the bowling balls wouldn't come back up either. We played for an hour and had to call for help 3 times. I love bowling to great music, sadly the selection of music that was playing while I was there was horrible! I wish they still had TouchTunes like it used to before when it was Fiesta Lanes. They do have a good menu, with pizza, wings, salads...your typical bowling alley food. We had the pizza and it was pretty good. The bar has a pretty basic but good selection of draft beers and mixed drinks. You can either order your food and drinks at the bar or wait for a waiter/waitress to come take your order, I suggest you just go to the bar, it will be faster. They place offers memberships which is a good option for frequent customers, I'm not sure if they include bowling or if it's just for Jumping World. Their webpage is a bit confusing. All in all, it's a good place to bowl and have some fun family time. However, small little things here and there make miss when it was Fiesta Lanes, especially since all I really wanna go there for is bowling and maybe some pool. Once you start adding all those other options and games, prices start going up. read more

Great place for the kids. Very clean. Staff was great. Food is good and the drinks are great. Ambiance was good and quiet for such place.

If this place was a self serve place. I would def have a better experience. I've gone twice to JW both times have had horrible experience. The first time it was on a packed Saturday and I wet to go get some waters. Waited about 30 min to even take my order. There was a dedicated line to order but also confusing because it was the pick up line. The staff seemed confused. From what I can tell they were overwhelmed. I went a second time last week. This time it was on a random Thursday at 1pm. Dead we were the only people there. There was someone in the front who took care of us. We went to order some food and drinks. Same thing waited 20-30 min for someone to take our order. Once we ordered the girl didn't say we had to pay up front. So we had walked off with our buzz. She screamed across the room and yelled "hey you didn't pay" here we go back to pay already pass 30 min of wasted time. When the food was ready we were jumping so we didn't go right away but maybe like 3-5 min after the initial buzz. The girl who was behind the bar. Different girl who took our order. But she kept looking if someone was coming assuming me. When I got to the bar she took the buzz gave me my food and walked away. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. No eye contact. Didn't ask if I needed napkins, utensils, straw, or anything. I'm assuming she was waiting for me so she can leave the bar. The customer services sucks. The people who work there don't even want to be there and you can tell. I normally don't give bad reviews but when it happens twice I rather spent my money elsewhere. This also a perfect example why El Paso can't keep nice things. To make this place a better experience they need someone at dedicated station. One in the front, one at the bar, one cook. A designated area where you can place your order. And pick up. That's all my rant. read more

JW Entertainment could do some things to make it better. It used to be very cool, then it was just not too good. Heck, I was excited to go for a friend's birthday party. January 3. 2022, it is excellent. Exactly 2 years later, January 3, 2024, it is not good. The food used to be good, but now, the pizza had WAY too much cheese. We ordered one of those appetizers that had everything, but there were some positives and negatives. The mozzarella sticks were completely messed up, also way too much cheese. They bought us raspberry sauce, even though we did not ask. The bowling alley is pretty nice, but the software looks outdated. Every time I go, the VR area is closed. They have axe throwing, but no one is there. In fact, this place is quite empty. Here is another reason why it is not so good. I got ripped off. I had to pay $5 to the kiosk for tokens. It only gave me 5 tokens. I get at least 20 or 40 tokens at Peter Piper Pizza for that price. So please avoid the arcade or kiosk. The only good thing there was the service. They were pretty nice. That should stay. Please don't go here, unless you want to be ripped off. Besides, Urban Air is only a couple blocks away, so this poor run business is going to be shut down anytime soon. Also because the business itself isn't that good. Overall, okay service, not good food, not good quality, and horrible ripping off. I don't think I will be returning, but I don't recommend going. read more

I have had the worst experience at this location bad customer service they also overcharge for the membership trials and don't explain the packs fully I spent almost 35 minutes waiting to be attended to go on a ride that I paid to us. Would like to get a refund but they have a policy that says they don't do that here. read more

Seems very nice and clean except for the bowlinglanes The first lane they gave us was broken so we went to a new lane and that was broken also as you know they charge by the hour . so it turned out to be a horrible experience we complained and there was missing pins. Urban air is next door and far better. The service at JW is poor. LADY followed us around on a wen at 11am like we were going to steal something. my 2 kids and I were the only ones there lol. Paid 53.00 and was told we could not wear our jump socks, yet their tramps were super dirty, and their trampolines are weak compare to other jump parks. wanted to bowl but that was an additional 25 dollars. ninja course is lame and the ropes course also costed 15 more dollars. It is like a bad theme park. EL PASO IS FULL of jump parks and kids activities, and this is one I would not reccomend for yours. read more

EXTREMELY DIRTY and unsafe. Multiple tall ladders are leaning on toddler play areas with no safety attachments! The place is chaos. It's obvious the play area is never EVER cleaned! So what's great about this place is has a little bit of everything for everyone Pool Tables may not be as great as Pool Hall quality Bowling Lanes may not be as great as a true bowling alley (shorter lanes and cable enabled) Bar may not be as great as a true bar Jump House area may not be as good as Urban Air And I can't speak on the axe throw. But the fact that it has all this in one place makes it special. Kids can go to their end. Parents can go to their end. It's like parents night out and kids night out all in one big center. Used a groupon for entry and it was a great deal! My teenager daughter enjoyed herself, the facility was clean and staff was very friendly.

Had lunch here with three other people (one child). Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the food. We ordered steak tacos, pepperoni pizza, cowboy chicken sandwich and a hamburger. The taco shells were overcooked and the steak was dry. The bums on both the burger and the sandwich were burnt. The chicken was burnt to black on one side, enough that I had to cut off the whole bottom portion of the chicken. The fries were good and the hamburger was cooked ok. The pizza dough was not cooked all the way. Absolutely gross meal all around. We went to the arcade where half the machines said "out of order". I've included pictures of several of the broken machine, this was not all of them that were broken. Ok we had a fine time and we will come again but the lines to buy passes sux. If you wanna buy more, it takes forever!! Also the cheese on the nachos was anything But impressive. It was not there and if there was a little, it wasn't melted. And I tried to buy a beer but i got no service. The people at the bowling area were great & good service. I just hope this place does more to improve their services, I really hope they stay open. Also, they could make it more clear where the ropes course is. I had to ask around a few times. A couple of finger points wasn't enough. The music is good tho. It's cool Becuz there is jumping, arcade, bowling, pool somewhere, and VR. The bathroom were clean. read more

Her manager did not even bother to address me and my family or tell us that she was unable to honor the special they have on the website.
