This place is a lot of fun if you have small children. Adults are free. We bought the VIP pass for my 3 year old, it's a wrist band that allows him unlimited access to all the rides, and also 2 tickets. We also got $20 worth of tokens (to play the arcade style games) and $20 worth of tickets(to paint ceramics and to also purchase little toys). Which was enough to last us 3 and 1/2 hours. This place is very clean. Usually indoor kid play places like this can get a bit "gross" but I didn't see a single thing that made me think, yuck! My son loves this place so the drive from the west side to the Far East wasn't that big of a deal, however the service has steadily declined. They're open until 9 on the weekends, but the kitchen closes at 8. Want a refill 2 minutes before the kitchen closes? "Sorry sir, we're closed" (soda machines aren't broken down or being cleaned) Want a pizza box to take your cardboard covered in cheese home? "Sorry sir we're closed" Told I couldn't get a refill but the kitchen staff is having a meeting of the minds and free drinks but nobody else in the building can get a drink. I wish I could give this place no stars - it absolutely deserves none. In early August a coworker of theirs tested positive for Covid and the owner, Olivier Cohen, still requested they work and even worst, handle the food. After they told Mr. Cohen they were confirmed positive he had STILL asked them to pick up a food order and drop it off because he 'couldn't find anyone else to do it'. This coworker passed away in October, and his family has still not received his wages. I absolutely will never recommend this place ever, after the way they handled Covid restrictions and treat their employees. Stay far away, tell your friends. read more

This place is awesome. I'm traveling with my husband on business and he was sent to freakin El Paso. Fun. Not. Well, maybe. It's late May and it's freakin hot and dry outside. So most outdoor activities that don't involve water are closed on the week days until next month. So, I searched for an indoor play park and found this gem. I can not believe it's only been reviewed once...a year and a half ago. I would have never known it'd been around that long because it looks brand spankin new. There are so many activities to do: bumper cars, bumper boats, art, dress up (with makeup and glitter tattoos), Wii room, and a big foam wrapped obstacle course - my child bounced from station to station. She didn't even want to play with me, which meant I just sat reading my iPad and talking to other parents. I finally got so tired of doing nothing, I went down the slide a few times. That was at about the 4 1/2 hour mark. She spent 5 hours running herself into a coma. We got there before noon, left just short of 5. Because it was so late, I popped up to Chik-Fil-A to get her nuggets (she won't eat anyone else's nuggets) and let her eat them in the car. She fell asleep before we got back to our hotel in the car. Once I got her back up to the room and potty taken care of, she...and wait for it....SLEPT THOUGH THE NIGHT (5:30ish-6ish)! read more

My husband and I thought this was a very cute and well thought out little area for toddlers -- focus on the word small. Either way, we loved it as it was perfect for our two year old to shake some "crazies" out. The entrance fee for him was $5 and some change and in order to to do other activities, you have to pay $2.50 per ticket. The price per ticket is a bit ridiculous, if you ask me. We have gone twice so far as we are new to El Paso, but will continue to go for the play areas, but probably won't invest too much on their other activities. Jungle Jaks it's the place to took your children to have a blast! If the weather it's not quite good to take them to the park, take them here! The place is very friendly for toddlers as they can explore and play trough the colorful slides (there are 2), climbing to the second level to get there and play with other kids. The beauty section is where they can get costumes of superheroes, princess or other options. There is the shooter balls as they can throw or play with them. At the go-kart area and a bumper boats (a small pool where the kids can drive a boat) will have good times riding together. They have shareable combos for food and beer. As we get there, there were a performers as Frozen characters that my daughter loves! The installations and the restrooms are clean, the ambiance and the employees are very friendly and making sure that every kid at the place is playing safety. The fee it's $5.00 per kid from 1 to 13 years old, the older doesn't have to pay to entrance, they have activities that you have to pay for like the go-karts, the bumper boats or the jump place, so we get the VIP pass for $24.99 and you can get all this rides anytime you want. I give Jungle Jaks 4 stars because although we spend a very good family time, I suggest that can offer a family VIP package for those who have 3 or more kids for a reasonable price, in other way it's a very expensive place. read more

This place was ok. My children had fun but I felt like a lot of the things were broken or out of service. My highlight was the face painting they did on my son, hilarious! He was supposed to be a dinosaur and he looked more like a hybrid ninja turtle or something lol. He loved it though so that's all that matters. My kids also loved the velociraptor they had there. The food was ok, they had a special on certain things that you could get for $5 like al pastor tacos, pizza, and a couple of other things. My kids ate the pizza which they liked and I had the tacos which were good for a small place like that, they were just a little cold. My tacos came with a potato, the only thing I didn't like about that is that it didn't come with any of the "fixings" like butter, sour cream etc. I had to pay a $1 extra which is ok but the only thing they had was sour cream. I'd only recommend coming here on a weekday, in the morning. On the weekends there are a ton of people and the kids are pretty rowdy. Admission is $5 per kid to get in, and that only lets you in the playground area and climb a palm tree; everything else costs at least 1 Red Ticket. $20 for 10 Red Tickets, so you're basically paying $2 everytime your child wants to do something else. Bumper Cars are 2 Tickets, so you're paying $4 for I think, 3-5 minutes to ride that. As for the employees, the male employees were pretty friendly & patient. One of the females were decent, but one blonde female employee was just straight up unpleasant. I gave her 2 tickets for my 2 toddlers to ride in the boat area, my son ended up getting scared and immediately wanted to get off as soon as he got in. I expected my ticket back since he didn't even stay for 5 seconds, but I GUESS NOT. Then my 2 year old daughter was literally spinning in circles for 5-7 minutes and the employee would help move the other kids and left my baby spinning in the back corner. She was quietly crying for a good minute until she finally gave her to me. Yadda yadda yadda. This place would be my last resort. read more

Great place to bring the kids to burn their energy. There's palm tree for the kids to climb on, foam ball pit with blasters up top. The negatives is that its pretty small and the main attraction is the jungle gym which could get pretty hectic with thekids on the weekend. I recommend going during the week during lunch. Great fun for the kids and for the adults, but lately the wait to get in has been at least 10-15 minutes with only one person at the front desk. Staff is also a bit on the rude side lately. The food has taken longer then it used too and isn't very good anymore and prices have gone up, the need for tickets once inside is a joke. everything should be inlcuded. This place is very convenient in the summertime when you're tired of your kids running around your house like its a jungle and its too hot to force them outside. My issue was with the last time I went there... As soon as my daughter and I arrived I ordered food. The place was busy, and I wasn't in a rush, so the 45 minute wait for fries and chicken fingers didn't surprise me. I got an urgent call and went to the snack bar to request that they put a hold on my already delayed order for another 20-30 minutes while I made a phone call. Upon my return, I notified the snack bar who enthusiastically presented me with my hour+ old snacks. I asked them when it was made and the response was, "We just made it!" I've since been to JJ several times since the incident, with no issues. The management seemed very concerned, and promised to make changes. read more

I called simply to verify that Jungle Jaks would be open today (Memorial Day and our daughter's birthday)- I was on hold for over 5 minutes, normally not a problem and it wasn't as I heard the rep Angelica helping another customer for the first minute or so, but after sitting through the rest of the time listening to her and her co-worker going on about who they thought was cute, who they have on Snapchat, and whether they liked the club Malolam or whatever- it really irked me, as this is completely unprofessional even for a play place environment and my question would have taken not even 5 seconds to answer. Even worse, when I called back, the manager was extremely rude and didn't even care to listen to the issue or try to make it right but was instead condescending. Doesn't matter- if you like to be met with this kind of treatment from employees, this is the place to go. Unfortunately you can't fix stupid and you can't teach soft skills like great customer service to someone. For a small child, this place is pretty awesome. My two year old had so much fun climbing around today. I've read the weekends are crazy there, but during a week day it was mellow. They offer a military discount for admissions only, not for food/drinks. Here's what I liked: There was a lot of seating for adults where you can watch your child play. They can't wonder off without passing the food area where the parents are, which gave me peace of mind. The parent can go in with their child, which was great for my nervous two year old! It's not like Chuck E. Cheese or peter piper pizza, since it's not 90% arcade! They have additional features for older kids like go karts and bumper boats, a Beaty boutique etc. but they are VERY SMALL areas! We never used the restroom, but everything I saw was CLEAN!!! The only "complaint" would be food and beverage costs an arm and a leg, which didn't surprise me... but if you want to have a cheap day out, skip the food and go after lunch! For a kid's play place - it is the best!!! My boys are 2 and 4 and I can see them loving it here for a few more years. The food is terrible- feed your kids before they come- but the play is super. Large area to run around in that includes 2 different slide areas that are fast and fun. Play area has an upper level to shoot foam balls at people in the lower area. There is also a dress up area (super hero capes and princess dresses), a toddler area (with small, plastic play structures), a couple of palm trees to climb, and some pay-with-quarter games. Cheap to get in and play indoors and the only thing you will pay extra for is go carts (my kids love them), boat rides (nothing to write home about), face painting (not expensive and worth it if your kids like that), and jumping on the air mattress (unless your kids are 4 and older- won't do anyway). If you sign up as a frequent customer you get deals sent to you often which saves more money but it isn't very expensive anyway. Great for hot days, rainy days, cold days- my kids love it and the employees are terrific! They are very accommodating even if you don't pay for a party space- they let you bring your cake in and will work with you on everything else. read more

Children are not adequately supervised at the play gym in this facility. Employees have their hands "full" manning the equipment that charges extra fees (bumper boats, games , food, etc.) Of course, during our visit, I stayed close by my six-year-old son to monitor him playing. However, I noticed some older kids (between 11-14 yrs of age) playing very rough and through the foam balls like baseballs (like pitching at a fast speed) at each other's faces. Unfortunately my son got in the way of their "play" and got hit. I proceeded to tell ALL the kids that they should stop throwing the balls. The older kids rolled their eyes and yelled at me saying, "We aren't doing anything wrong!" I took my son out of the play area and informed an employee, who just blinked at me and seemed very nervous to respond. After I explained the danger of the kids' actions, she finally went in and Apparently asked them to get out for a moment. The kids then went and told their mother, who became irate, came up to me and began yelling at me. I was afraid this woman was going to hit me or my son. The employees just stared at her. Finally I just grabbed my son's hand and walked out. I will NEVER visit this facility again. Children are not properly supervised, rules are not enforced, and patrons are not protected here. Visit the Rockin' Jump across the street. Much better experiences there. Worth the money and the peace of mind. read more

I took my son there today for his 3rd birthday and I can't express enough what a sham this place is! It was over crowded and expensive to say the least. When I asked the woman ho much I needed to pay for my 9 yr old daughter and 3 year old son to play on everything and she said a $24 bracelet for my daughter and $14 for my son. After the 10% military discount which was nice at entry but not for food which is another story, we walked in and soon discovered the $39 I just shelled out didn't cover the masks or tree houses in the art area, bumper cars, or hair nails and make up for girls in the salon area. I had to spend an additional $15 for my daughter to wait in a giant line to get her nails painted and make up on and son to pick out a mask he couldn't even paint since all spots at the table in the art section were taken. We decided to get food since you can't bring in any or leave and come back and found out 2 kids combos and 2 regular burgers with medium drinks came out to $44! And the server never explained the menu or offered ideas on what the kids may want to eat. The booths were all taken leaving us to sit at tables in the center of the dining area with wobbly chairs that felt lie they were gonna come apart at any moment. Don't worry they sell beer an margaritas for adults which I find oh so classy in a kids joint geesh... by the time I endured 4 hours of kids running around like savages hitting my own children cuz their parents aren't at all interested in disciplining them I called it quits and left as fast as my two legs could carry me.
