My 4th consultation was with Dr. Christopher Henninger at North County Cosmetic and Implant finished that search. His team took the necessary X-rays, which determined that I was a candidate for implants. After our conversation Dr Henninger understood what I wanted to accomplish. It is simple to say that I wanted a beautiful smile but along with that smile comes the ability to eat healthy, chew food properly, feel good about myself, improve my attitude, improve social confidence, and something I've wanted to do for a long time but my smile and dental condition prevented me from doing. That is to publish my own music. At 79 years old I wanted to be very careful selecting the proper dental team that would make me feel comfortable now and the rest of my life, so I did my "Due Diligence" and made the decision with no regrets. My procedures consisted of the following; My upper full denture was replaced with a full arch bridge of new Zirconium/Ceramic supported by implants. My lower procedure required extractions replaced by a full arch bridge of new Zirconium/Ceramic supported by implants. These procedures were all done in-office using IV anesthesia or Nitrous Oxide administered by Dr. Henninger. He made sure that I was comfortable, relaxed, and without pain. Ali, team leader and one of the many ladies of the team, informed me that they have financial advice and assistance within the office, which I took advantage of. Other members of the team include Claire, Mari, 2 Haleys, Bella, Jasmine, Bethany, Ashlee, and Katy. They are all part of the practice of "Complete Health Dentistry", which focuses on the "Oral-Systemic-Connection", the relationship between your mouth and the rest of your body. I am a strong believer in this practice. As for the office itself, it is gorgeous in appearance and 3D state-of-the-art in depth beyond my explanation. Dr. Christopher Henninger and team have a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment to fulfill your dental care needs. I have been self-conscious of my mediocre smile ever since an unfortunate childhood accident broke and chipped my front teeth and over the years the problem became worse. Thanks, Dr. Henninger, for your unique ability to listen and understand your patient's rationale for implants and genuine interest in total mental and physical outcome. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and felt more focused on profit than patient care. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this office sees patients as dollar signs rather than people. I was required to take a full set of X-rays that I did not need (and were very uncomfortable for me as I suffer from TMJ), and despite this, I couldn't even complete the appointment to qualify for the promotion. They scheduled me for a second appointment for a cleaning and final evaluation, but Dr. Javaheri seemed more interested in upselling unnecessary treatments than providing care. He pointed out every tiny issue and pushed for a deep cleaning, which was not what I scheduled and not what my insurance covers. They outright denied me the regular cleaning that was covered by my insurance. I find this approach unethical and frustrating. Patients deserve transparency and respect, not pressure tactics and unnecessary procedures. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Main Street Dental.

I walked over from my dentist, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was treated so kindly. They did everything to make me comfortable, gave me the best neck pillow, one for my knees and also had great music playing. Dr. Finn is very kind, gentle and funny. She did a fantastic job numbing me up, made sure I was comfortable as my nerve was on fire. I didn't feel a thing. They gave me a little rest break and I was in and out of there in no time. My first experience was very complicated as the last dentist left a little piece of the tool in my canal. I told Dr. Finn I really wanted to save the tooth. From the front office staff to the clinical team in the back, everyone is professional, kind, and incredibly well run. Let's be honest--no one likes getting a root canal. Sometimes they're just necessary. My first experience with Dr. Sherman was during an emergency when my own dentist wouldn't do the procedure, and that's how I found him. More recently, I had another root canal that wasn't an emergency, but still came with plenty of stress. I brought my headphones and listened to relaxing music while Dr. Sherman did his magic. I'm not even kidding--at one point I'm pretty sure I fell asleep! Before I knew it, the procedure was done and I was on my way. Having someone so skilled, calm, and trustworthy makes all the difference when you're feeling vulnerable in the dental chair. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Sherman and his entire team. Thank you for such outstanding care!
