Finally! This place is a breath of fresh air. Every…read moredoctor/nurse who works here is incredible. The staff treats you like family. You can always get in the same day for a sick appointment. They offer naturalistic care firstly but will write a script if it is what is called for or preferred. After being turned away from countless pediatricians and doctors for our choice not to vaccinate our kids after a bad vaccine reaction we were welcomed with open arms by the BEST there is. We will never see anyone else.

I've hesitated writing a review for a while because the PA was so nice at the office. If my review…read morehelps another family avoid what we went through then what we went dealt was worth it. All of these incidents happened with in a few months of each other and some overlapping. To keep it short they missed plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome in babies) in my infant twins. I had a wonderful friend encourage me to get a second opinion after the PA reassured me for MONTHS that it would "round out." Turns out my daughter was SEVERE requiring two helmets and had a misaligned jaw. I brought to her attention that my 7 year old had an uneven scapula and looked as if it was early onset scolioses. I had to ask for PT and that was all we were given. No referral to a specialist or even recommendation to see one. We were told it would be fine and she'd grow out of it. We are seeing a surgery specialist next month. The last straw was my infant son at 7 months went into the office because he was crying, wouldn't eat and kept pulling on his ears. she said they were kind of red and he could get an antibiotic if it didn't get better. It didn't get better so we tried the antibiotic. He wouldn't eat for weeks. I called the office and tried to get some help. All they wanted was another office deductible to tell me to try another antibiotic. This went on for months where he wouldn't eat. She wasn't concerned and said he would out grow it and it was a phase. After a visit with a GI Specialist it turns out he was allergic to his formula I had breast fed until he was 7 months old). By the time we got him to a specialist after dealing with her nonsense and run around for months he was considered FAILURE TO THRIVE. He hadn't gained an ounce in over THREE MONTHS. I am all for holistic approach to medical care! I love my naturopath doctor & facility. This is not a qualified office to deal with more than a cold or flu. Side note: you will only ever see the PA. EVER. The Dr at the practice lives in Colorado. When I delivered my twins the nurses encouraged me to find a different practice and I didn't listen. I was warned.

I do not have too many experiences with Care Now and the like as they are typically more expensive…read morethan a PCP and nobody ever seems happy with their experience at one. However, I had a serious issue with my eye and was really concerned I had scratched something. Having terrible vision and being heavily dependent on my contacts (which I couldn't wear in this condition) to be able to drive or work, I knew I had no other choice on a Sunday morning. I was looking through my options at 5am and this one opened the earliest at 8am and was also the closest, so I searched their website, looking for details. I was able to do an online check in to get in line where I could choose a time or "earliest available." I received an email with a link that needed a 4 digit code from reception to complete registration. I was intending on showing up at 8am and just take my chances, but I didn't need to worry about that as Ashley tried to call me at 7:39am. I of course missed the call and couldn't return it as the system wouldn't let me through since they were still closed. However, she did call again while we were en route and explained the process and gave me a 4 digit code. I easily completed the registration in the parking lot, it was the most basic of information and then uploading the front and back photos of both my ID and insurance card. Then I walked right in at 8am where she greeted me and had me fill out a 2 page HIPPA form. I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before the nurse, Sarah, called me back to get my vitals and takes notes on the reason for my visit. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me and repeated a few of the details before telling me that Dr. Tariq would be with me shortly. The longest I had to wait was a few minutes for the doctor to come in and again after she performed some tests on me (yay, nothing was scratched), maybe around 8 minutes or so for her to return from sending my prescription to the pharmacy. While I found her bedside manner great during the consultation, I did mention an eye ointment that had worked well for me in the past and she prescribed me some other eye drops that burned and didn't seem to work as well- well not as fast at least. I ended up being fine, but the paper work that was given to me with details/medicine instructions/similar said to return in 3 days if my condition had not improved. It had been expensive, so I considered calling and asking for the prescription to be changed, but was pretty sure they would make me return and spend more money. I have no intention of returning as it's nearly twice as much as seeing my own doctor, but I do appreciate that I have the option for a quick appointment in an emergency, including weekends. When viewed that way, I think this location is a good choice for what they are.

Was waiting for 30 minutes before they gave me more paperwork to finish checking in. When I asked why it took 30 mins to get me paperwork they needed me to complete, they said they had an issue with paperwork for another patient that wasn't even in the office. Waste of time.
