On the corner of Holland and Rosemont sits this Exxon gas station/7-eleven combo…read more They do have a plexi glass shield up at the counter. (Review written 5/26/2020, Covid-19 era.) Convenient location, a little dated, but customer service was good, super quick transaction. Get your gas, coffee, snacks, the usual. *Review #44 of 2020.

I am honestly heartbroken by what I witnessed at this location today, August 11, 2026…read more At approximately 3:30-3:45 p.m., I watched an employee refuse service to a man who was very clearly physically disabled. He had a severe spinal/postural deformity and was significantly hunched over. He appeared confused and was simply trying to buy a Diet Coke and a Kit Kat ice cream bar. While I was waiting in line, the employee repeatedly told customers that he "smelled bad," made gagging noises as if she were going to throw up, and kept saying that she had "the right to refuse service." Other customers started laughing at him while he stood there. One woman who had already left the store actually came back inside to purchase his drinks for him because the employee would not serve him. I bought his ice cream. When I reached the register, I told the employee that this man was clearly handicapped and did not deserve to be humiliated in front of an entire store. I also told her that someone with that level of physical disability may struggle with bathing or other basic daily activities and may not have anyone to help him. I asked how she would feel if that were her family member. Her response was simply that she had the right to refuse service. Whether or not an employee believes they have grounds to refuse service is not even the main issue here. There was absolutely no reason to publicly ridicule this man, discuss his odor with other customers, and have even some of the customers turn and laugh at him while she continued to make gagging noises, and turn his situation into entertainment for the people standing in line. He was not causing a disturbance. He was trying to buy a drink and an ice cream. The employee was a thin woman with short hair and glasses who appeared to be Caucasian. I truly hope management at Exxon/7-Eleven storefront #3957 reviews the surveillance footage from approximately 3:30-3:45 p.m. on August 11, 2026. What I witnessed was degrading, cruel, and completely unacceptable treatment of a visibly disabled and vulnerable person. Whatever his circumstances were, he deserved basic dignity and to be treated like a human being. And I'm not one of these people who leave reviews or large complaints, but I most certainly did.

A 7-Eleven I've never been to in Virginia Beach is a rarity. However, this is my first time and all…read moreI needed was wash for my filthy windows. The location is at the intersection of Princess Anne and Lynnhaven. It's a combo Exxon fuel and 7/11. The signage and lighting was excellent on a very early AM visit. The pump area was clean as was the what I could see of the surrounding lot. It's a win as they had a squeegee and fluid. I had some nasty windows from parking underneath a pine tree the past several days. They also had towels. The pumps themselves are newer models. I did not need to go inside, so no customer service interaction. Next time I stop inside, it's a somewhat newer store. They also offer air for your tires. Thank Heaven for 7-Eleven.

No stars given,I walk in the store and I am not greeted which I understand some stores are busy and…read moredon't speak because of it.. not an excuse at all!!.. I walk up to the door and see the sign,I posted a picture of it in case you're wondering what it read, then I go to the register and kindly wait for in line to ask for the key, posted a picture of that too.. then I finally get in the restroom to find out there wasn't a bit of soap in the dispenser. How the hell do you have a locked bathroom and not have one of the main necessities needed to help that operation move along smoothly? The bathroom was somewhat clean but obviously not checked in quite some time because if it was the store patrons would've replenished the dispenser when they cleaned the bathroom in which it leads me to believe if it was cleaned at all that day!!... oh I forgot I had to give at least one star in order to leave a review!.
