Time is so limited for busy families, and there are so many options offered for lacrosse in the area, but I have to say this is the single best thing we invested in for our athletes. I would describe it as intensive lacrosse skill training with very directed fitness and drills that target your individual needs. Some of it almost seems like PT because he's so good at seeing how the girls move naturally and adjusting the drills and workouts to strengthen weaknesses and get them moving more athletically. She asked me in a documented email, "if all the kids in the class aren't vaccinated....how is just the coach being vaccinated going to help?" I understand that I am in an area where scientific knowledge is questionable and there are conflicting viewpoints on vaccinations. At the same time, when a customer/parent is asking a simple yes/no question, I am expecting a simple yes/no answer. Not questions back asking me to explain how vaccinations help protect my children. This is also after me explaining I have immunocompromised parents to consider. If you can't ask the coach his status, that is fine, just simply state that. The lack of understanding and compassion is mind blowing, and certainly why me and likeminded parents at my school who are concerned about safety, will not be considering Fit Kids again. How ironic that Fit Kids isn't prioritizing keeping kids healthy.
