When it was getting quite late past the time they were supposed to be there I called and was told that the person's car broke down. I told them someone should have at least called us to let us know since we planned our morning around it and the person on the phone seemed very indifferent and just said "sorry". Alfredo, Linda, and their team is super responsive and attentive. I hired them to replace the cracked plaster in a room with drywall and install insulation, plus patch a few cracks around the house. They visited multiple stores to get the exact insulation I asked for, and helpfully updated power outlet locations while the walls were off. They even went above and beyond - I accidentally gave them the wrong paint color for some of the patches, and they came back to repaint with the right color, even though this was 100% my fault! read more

We really appreciated that they: * Were on site all the time - Alfredo and his helper did all of the work with the exception of the countertops, some electrical, and appliance installation. Even at that, he was on site when this work was being done in case anything came up and he was needed * Had good rapport with the other workers and even helped us get necessary drawings that the city required and then helped us get permits from the city * Cleaned up every day before leaving including sweeping the garage so that we could put cars away at night * Linda helped with the design and both Alfredo and Linda accompanied us to the kitchen showroom to select the materials, making recommendations on different items. The good: Super nice people, and I can tell from the pictures and other reviews that they do great work. I would have loved to have them work on my project. The bad: But, they showed up to look at my project and ghosted me. It's been about 3 weeks, they never actually quoted the project, no email no text nothing. I texted them and got no response. I'm not the only one in the reviews here who had this happen either, so I think it's worth pointing out. If you're not interested in the project, tell me. Out of respect, I don't go around quote shopping with tons of different contractors at once. I lost a couple weeks of time on my project waiting for them. Decided to just do it myself. I'm sure there's a lot of valid reasons for not wanting to do the project, but be professional enough to let me know. Phase two: It only took them two days to complete the sidings of our garage, the header, and the gutter. Linda and Alfredo were very professional, they went through all the things we needed to know, very honest, reasonable price, and their staff cleaned up before they took off for the day. I too got ghosted back in January 2022. I called Linda up and talked about my pending project. I need a lot of exterior work done to replace wood rot. We had a very nice phone conversation about a woman owned company and was very excited looking to support her. She made an appointment to give an estimate, but unfortunately the day of the appointment, she had to cancel due to a family member contacted Covid. No problem I told her. I asked her to keep me updated and we can reschedule when her family recovers. As of this day, I have never heard from her. My guess is perhaps the project was out of her scope of expertise. It was great working with them. They're friendly. They were able to get they style I wanted after showing them pictures of how I wanted it to look. They gave suggestions on things that they think will work better like which tiles to use, which trimmings will be more durable and what exhaust won't make loud sounds. They also explain why things have to be done in a certain way or why certain materials are better than others and not merely do things hastily just to get the job done. They're also clean when they work. They covered their working area with sheets of blankets and remove them when they leave or on a reasonable time when they worked on consecutive days. We have found our General Contractor for life. Their skills matched their innovation, forward thinking and vision. They enhanced our thoughts on what we wanted to do ultimately bringing value to our home. Re-wired our electrical throughout our 60 year old home. Now when switching a breaker off I fully know all power is off with no current coming through a single neutral going everywhere and of course added grounding that was non existent before they came for us. Alfredo added outlets to make them convenient for our use which we never thought of for more than 30 years living here. I was able too eliminate many power strips throughout the house.
