Joe came to look at my decorative siding under my front window. Had wood rot from rain hitting siding. Knowing that I needed a general contractor to fix it, I used a referral from my lanscape contractor. After looking at my wood rot, Joe said he replace the wood w/ concrete and repaint the siding. First off when I was getting multiple estimates to build my deck, replace my gate and my fence he was the one with the lowest estimate. After he gave me my estimate, I didn't hesitate to go to him to have my work done because of all the positive reviews he had on Yelp and I'm a big Yelper! I'd hired Bumble Bee Construction/Joe Interiano to replace exterior balcony railings, overhang support (story and a half high) and front steps of my A-frame house. He did a superior job; his craftsmanship was done with precision. Joe maintained the A-Frame architectural integrity. The front steps have a perfect flow, unlike steps to my backyard gate, which have an abrupt last step up (done by another contractor). Joe was prompt with our initial meeting, he'd listened to all my design and timing concerns, and I never felt rushed by him; I was the anxious one.
