The stylist asked me how I felt about a little red in my color and I said why not. It has been one week and ALL of the red dye and brown dye washed out of my hair. Each time I washed it with my expensive color care products more and more dye came out. The dye is all over my towels. Now I have brassy light brown hair. I'm devastated. But the last cut was a bit uneven and sticking out a lot. We have had decent cuts there but is hit and miss. We have had some really bad ones too. We always do a boys scissor cut and keep it a bit longer on top so it doesn't stick out. Grace was able to cut it very even without ridges. There was a problem area that kept sticking out and she was able to cut it short on the inside to help it lay down better. His hair looks so much better than it's looked in a long time. And she got us in on the same day I called. There is a parking lot which is a plus. It says studio 8 on the outside so don't let that confuse you. I will likely go back again. Nobody wants to talk about that, but it's a serious hassle to get rid of lice and they are VERY common in the schools here!
