This review is a long time coming! We have had Alex and Mike out twice (so far) with more to go. We have been helping my elderly father clear out some storage units. On the day of the first clean out the company my dad lined up cancelled at the last minute. It was heartbreaking because my dad is from a time where your word is your word! We had already moved 5 hours of items out of the unit to the street for pick up. After many calls, we received Alex and Mike as a referral from my neighborhood FB page. I explained the situation and Alex and Mike said they would make sure to get to us before the storage unit closed even though they were already at another job.
