It is about a week ago. My wife and I decided to renovate one of our bedroom into a nursery room, but was occupied by a bulky bunk bed too heavy to be disposed by ourselves. That's when I ran into Alex, who is super responsive to my call. We texted and he showed up in less than 2 hours. Totally different from any other furniture related services, which takes days if not weeks to schedule. Alex showed up well prepared and was very considerate not to create extra dust in the bedroom after he learned what we want to do with the room. The whole process is smooth - Alex and his crew were highly efficient, quiet (baby didn't wake up), and considerate (not to scratch our wall or stair rails). In short, great communication, surprising flexibility in scheduling, considerate, good guy, affordable price (compare with all the equipment, rental, and hassle to deal with). We had a couch we needed to get rid of. The guys at Junk & Co were great in every aspect. Their cost for the pick up service was reasonable and they were able to come out quickly to take our 3-piece sectional couch. They removed the couch from our upstairs condo quickly while being mindful to not damage anything. An added bonus was that they plan to donate the couch instead of disposing of it.
