I visited this store in 2018 for the first time, the people working there were super nice and friendly, the store used to be full of great affordable deals. Fast forward 2024 i happened to be in the area and remembered this store, but this was different. I don't know if there is a new owner but their stuff is way overpriced, you are not getting a deal anymore. I was absolutely sad to see such a good place turn greedy for things that you could find at a garage sale. read more

This place is amazing. Has all kinds of goodies!! Plants, antiques, new cool stuff, old cool stuff and junk!

Its an ok place to go to fund nick knacks, I go just for the plants. But I'm sure their some treasure there for all!

It's the place I go to find unique one of a kind items. It's where I go to get my Elvis things.

If there was a zero star rating I would have used it. I will never go back there due to the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the two front cashier people. They refused to wait on me in a timely manner (one was eating at the checkout and the other one just stood there and refused to make eye contact with me until it was obvious I wasn't leaving. I believe it was because I was the only one in the store wearing a mask, she was fine with the customer before me. They were complaining to some other person how hard January and February are for them with so few sales but it must not be bad enough yet if they can be so rude to a customer that they are NEVER going back. This store has moved to I-70@Woods Chapel Rd in Blue Springs, behind QT. Bigger and better! Lots of fab stuff, vintage pieces and repurposed items, furniture pieces and collectibles. Open and airy, a virtual boutique full of goodies at great prices. My new favorite place! read more

I saw an ad for this place in a flier about junk markets. I love a good junk store, and it doesn't take a lot to win me over. I had high hopes for this place, and I probably shouldn't have had such high hopes. Anyway, I entered the store and noticed that it smelled like a wet basement. I am almost sure that any furniture or anything fabric (or even the record sleeves) will smell like this. The store has a lot of space, and it was fairly empty (maybe they are just getting started). Some things had prices; other items did not. All of the prices I saw were too high for the items. It was almost like Red Racks from across the street bought a building and expanded into it, while charging flea market prices. I will go back in a few months to see if it is still there, but it will take quite a bit to win me over this time. read more

Unfortunately the name of this place says it all. They quite literally sell junk. The owner(s) are less than reputable and engage in sketchy business practices with their bait and switch "refund policy" I would recommend that you stay far away form the business. read more

I have never been in a store like this before. They are so far removed from Redracks or Goodwill in their charm and appeal. They had a LOT of stuff with some really terrific prices and it is just plain ole FUN to go in there an look around. They even let me leave a wish list of things I would be interested in and they are going to try to procure them for me. WHO DOES THAT?!? I will definitely be back. I do wish that they were open more days than just Friday and Saturday. read more

After being at First Friday's this weekend. Which I really enjoyed, I discovered a great secret I would like to share. Junk Appeal in Blue Springs has so many of the wonderful items in the warehouses at less than half the price. I gathered lots of fun & exciting ideas and went to Junk Appeal and bought the items. WOW~The store recently relocated and I am IMPRESSED! You can find items from $1 to $100, old, new, classic, modern. The customer service was exceptional as well~they even counted my change back!!!. I cannot WAIT to go there again. Pay attention to their "a little bit different hours" though so you are not disappointed. If you went to the old store and didn't care for it, check out the new store and it more than makes up for previous disappointment! I was so thrilled I even called to give them kudos and congratulate them on a job well done! You should go! BTW, I don't work there, honestly, or even know anyone who works there....yet. I have a feeling I will know them ALL soon! I was just tickled to see so many cool things from a large variety of vendors. Great pricing and unique items.
