Very grateful to Drake's customer service and technicians. I brought my car to them for new rear…read morebrakes and rotors, after they had given me a quote over the phone. I had the brakes inspected by 2 other local shops, before calling Drake. Both shops told me I needed new brakes and rotors, quoting me around $500. Drake's pricing was less than the others but once the technician looked over everything, I received a phone call telling me that I did NOT need new brakes and rotors. It was actually a brake fluid issue, which they took care of. It cost me $39 total vs $500 other shops were more than happy to charge me. Their employees work ethics is commendable. Their honesty and not trying to take advantage of a customer is unfortunately not common practice today. They have my future business and recommendation!

I purchased a battery about 6 months ago Monday morning my car wouldn't start so I gave it a jump…read moretook it up to Advance Auto Parts had them test it they said it was about a hundred cold cranking apps off so I said okay they tested everything the starter alternator everything is fine they said take it to your local mechanic have them hook it up to one of their machines maybe it's something that's drawing on the battery I took it to my local mechanic he said to other cells are bad in the battery so I called Advance Auto Parts and Wood River and they told me that they can't warranty the battery out because they have to charge it and then tested this is the first time I've ever experienced that every other time I've needed a battery and the battery was bad it's been replaced I will never use Advance Auto Parts ever again
