A week later I had a window shipped in and I drove here to get it fixed. Seemed sketchy at first but i went in regardless. Setup an appointment to come back in an hour and have it done. Came back and my car was taken away for repair. I worried as the mechanic said "if I can't fix it YouTube will tell you everything you need". Not 20 minutes later the mechanic gave me my keys back and my window was replaced as if the break in never happened. Great service for a cheap price! Everywhere else I was getting price estimates over $500. Will most definitely return if I ever need a window fixed! Will recommend!

My plan…read morewas to pick up the rim and take it to an auto body shop to get it put on my tire and then onto my car. While I was at liberty, they offered to do all of that as well. Also, they wound up repairing the tire because it had a nail in it! They noticed that my battery was not screwed in tightly and, sometimes it would keep my car from starting. I thought I was going to have to get a new battery but they let me know that it just wasn't screwed in tight. So they also offered to do that. I'm so grateful that I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. I will recommend these guys to whoever I can and return if I ever have any future problems. While using it, I noticed it was time for an oil change, so it just seemed to be the right thing to do and get it done. The day before yesterday, while I was stopped at a stoplight, a kind gentleman pulled up next to me and informed me that the taillight on the drivers side was out. So while I was getting the oil changed, I asked if they could do that as well and they could. That was a win-win for me. The staff was very friendly and when I explained that I was not the owner and was borrowing they truck, they offered to print out a report for my cousin so he knew what they did. They were also did everything within social distancing guidelines. I was allowed to stay in the truck and all of the staff made sure they had mask on when they approached the side of the truck to speak to me. Top notch service. Above and beyond. Friendly service…read more Getting rear-ended is never how I wanted to start my day. However, the service and care I received from Freer was beyond expectations. I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Truly can't recommend Freer enough. Kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly excellent service. I will trust Freer with all auto body repairs going forward!
