But I had paid with a credit card. After I'd left this store.I told my friend what I paid for the tires and he was very surprised because he had never paid that much money for tires there before. And I assumed that probably they overcharged me and charged me maybe ring me in for 5 tires, instead of the 4 that I purchased. I called down there and tried to explain what I thought had happened and that I had been overcharged, and that I didn't have a receipt, because I was not offered one at all. The person on the phone was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak with a manager, but they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back again, same thing happened. I asked to speak to someone else, put me on, hold, hung up on me so then I decided to go down there, talk to somebody in person when I got there, of course, they knew who I was. Probably the only female that had been there that morning. They ran back into the office notified my arrival, but then completely ignored me.\n Finally, an employee came out to talk to me. And\n Told me that, since I had bought 4 tires. It was more expensive because it was a full set. Which is odd because it's actually the direct opposite. It's less expensive when you buy off 4\n He asked if my tires had an orange line on them, which made them a set and no, they did not 3 of the 4 had an orange line but they did not all have line painted on them. They refuse to give me a receipt. They would not look up my order by the receipt number. They one hundred percent know I only bought four tires , and they charge me the price of 5. If you're a woman, don't ever go here because they will 100% rip you off, they are a bunch of crooks.

No, no no no no!…read more Avoid this place. I wasted my time and gas to get there so you don't have to. You are welcome! They can't tell you if they have a certain car or not, it's $2 just to walk around. You cant bring in cutting tools, and they won't cut a part off for you. (It was only two friggin stripped nuts and I had a reciprocating saw in my car)!!

It was in my "new" used SUV, a 2014 GMC Yukon. My Yukon's presenting symptom was a vibration that started around 50 MPH, then slowly disappeared at higher speeds. After day 1 of diagnosis, I was told that Yukon had a problem in the rear end. On day 2, the problem was narrowed to a manufacturing defect in the ring gear, so service was covered as a warranty repair. Treatment to rebuild the differential took about a week. I experienced some pleasant surprises along the way: 1.) The customer service lounge is spacious, with comfortable seating, recharging station, and wifi. 2.) I received a quick and friendly shuttle ride home on day one (by Justin, I think?). 3.) On day two, I was offered a courtesy car, which turned out to be a '16 Colorado truck, in "red hot" color, with XMSirius radio. I couldn't have had more fun if they'd given me tickets to Six Flags. I still want my Margaritaville station back. 4.) Kevin, the mechanic, let me see take a look at the problem on my vehicle. I like to see what is going on with a repair. 5.) Kevin C., the service manager, looked very busy. But he was as efficient, friendly, and responsive to my needs as I could possibly expect, given the amount of work he was doing. Give this guy a raise. Or at least let him drive the red hot truck on his day off. 6.) As long as I was here, I went ahead and ordered up a new remote key fob with programming, which was ready for payment when I arrived for pickup. 7.) A day or two after my vehicle was back in my possession, I received a follow-up phone call to check on vehicle performance, and ask for feedback on service. Thanks, Jack Schmitt Chevy, for as pleasant a service experience as any I've had. I grew up in a GM family, and know how you value positive feedback. It's a pleasure to report that I'm "completely satisfied."

We bought the car we saw online. We are very happy with the whole process. Stormy handled the financing and she was a dream to work with getting us a lower interest rate then we had expected and a good price on the extended warranty. They were worth the drive. I highly recommend them.

I will start this post by saying I have never been here nor have I ever bought anything here…read more With that being said you're probably saying , then how is this guy going to rate the business. Well let me tell you. Last week I learned that my daughters jeep compass which I purchased from a local dealer in the Chicagoland area no longer comes equipped with a spare tire. Being a Dad of a daughter who's hundreds of miles away at school I did what any parent would do, I freaked out thinking of her out and about without a spare tire. In my quest to find out how to get her a spare tire I called Federico and spoke to an amazing individual in the parts department by the name of Tom. I'll make this long story short. Tom went above and beyond in his attempt to find me a spare tire. He made calls and spoke to people. Tom went the extra mile and then some and I can't thank him enough. For those of you driving smaller suv type vehicle please beware , the spare tire is now considered an extra which caught me totally off guard Oh you can add it for a $500 up charge Please let me commend Tom in parts for going far and beyond what he really had to do. Old school customer service is what I experienced Thanks Tom very much And to Tom's boss at Federico please pay him on the back for me and thank him. I wish I could but I'm 300 miles away GREATLY appreciated Bob C Chicago Illinois

Once the 6 weeks was up I called to check in. I spoke to Justin and he stated parts were still on order. I asked him if he could call me every week just to let me know where it was, a 30 second phone call was it. He could not do that. Finally in Early September Courtni called me to inform me that after Justin called to tell me that my car was ready (which he did not) That they WRECKED it. There was a hole in the drivers side door. While pulling it in the porter ran into a rack and put a hole in my drivers side door. She apologized and stated that I would not have to repair it but they would be taking care of the damage. (How nice of them?) Two weeks later they called and said it was ready again. I showed up to pick it up and the door had a very sharp jagged edge on it. They said they would take care of that and I could pick it up in two days. I picked it up in two days. On my way home I noticed the inside lever of the drivers side door has three very sharp metal finish pealings on it. In fact it was so sharp it actually cut my hand. I called the Dealer Manager and he basically said that there was nothing they would do about it (Washing their Hands). Now I have an Unlimited milage warranty on this car with a $100 deductible. They waved that and kinda detailed my car for the inconvenience. They had my car for 3 months and a few days. Never again will I use Federico for anything.
