But I had paid with a credit card. After I'd left this store.I told my friend what I paid for the tires and he was very surprised because he had never paid that much money for tires there before.And I assumed that probably they overcharged me and charged me maybe ring me in for 5 tires, instead of the 4 that I purchased. I called down there and tried to explain what I thought had happened and that I had been overcharged, and that I didn't have a receipt, because I was not offered one at all. The person on the phone was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak with a manager, but they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back again, same thing happened. I asked to speak to someone else, put me on, hold, hung up on me so then I decided to go down there, talk to somebody in person when I got there, of course, they knew who I was. Probably the only female that had been there that morning. They ran back into the office notified my arrival, but then completely ignored me.\n Finally, an employee came out to talk to me. And\n Told me that, since I had bought 4 tires. It was more expensive because it was a full set. Which is odd because it's actually the direct opposite. It's less expensive when you buy off 4\n He asked if my tires had an orange line on them, which made them a set and no, they did not 3 of the 4 had an orange line but they did not all have line painted on them. They refuse to give me a receipt.They would not look up my order by the receipt number.They one hundred percent know I only bought four tires , and they charge me the price of 5. If you're a woman, don't ever go here because they will 100% rip you off, they are a bunch of crooks.

They can't tell you if they have a certain car or not, it's $2 just to walk around. You cant bring in cutting tools, and they won't cut a part off for you. I purchased a jump start charger to help a stranded person 3 days ago (because I did not want to…read morejump them with my moms car). The charger would not charge after being plugged in my garage for hours and would not charge or start their car battery. I finally gave in and jumped their car with hers and the person went on their way. I tried to return the charger and was told it would be a warranty exchange. So they would give me a new one but not my money back. This is their standard procedure because the item was "used". It really wasn't used because it didn't work but ok. So now I have a 90$ charger that customer service informed me that "maybe I could use it to help someone else out". Wish I had been informed of this policy, I would not have even purchased it. Last time shopping at o'Reilly. Good deed cost me.

I called Andy's, drove up there, and they had me in right away. Jan was very helpful, and the waiting room was spotless. They have comfy chairs, a TV, coffee, water, and tons of magazines. They ended up getting my car done ahead of schedule (about 1.5 hours), and I was in and out stress free. Will definitely come back for any other automotive needs!

The scratches were so deep they were unable to buff them out. When talking to the "manager", he suggested I had cat prints on my car when driving into the car wash that he thought that might be the reason for the scratches. I have asked multiple times to speak with someone else and have been denied the ability to escalated the issue. This has been such a horrible experience.

Being frustrated with your car when it's not running correctly is already an annoyance. The surrounding stores in the area are of half-a$$ help but this guy Sam t Auto Zone in Wood River went above and beyond helping me find the correct part, even sending a picture to him so I knew it was the right part i was getting (as I'm without a car and couldnt bring it to him to confirm) He brought positivity to my otherwise bumming experiance because my car is broke down.
