Jeff was great - we had an entire garage full of dusty boxes, an old portable BBQ grill, a huge stand full of junk, etc. and Jeff took it all, no questions asked. He arrived on time, and I helped him out by just taking whatever I didn't want anymore and putting it in a pile in the middle of the garage. Taking everything and loading it into his truck / trailer took about 30 minutes, maybe 45 minutes max. It was quick, it was easy, and Jeff was a friendly guy who made some nice banter while we worked on the garage together. Afterwards, he even swept up the larger bits of dust and debris in the garage.
