The 4 rather than 5 stars reflects the inaccuracy of their estimate. Their rep provided the estimate after visiting our house in person to see what we were asking them to haul, but when the day came the amount of truck space needed - and the cost - were nearly double the estimate. I knew there was likely going to be a problem when they guys pulled up and asked, "what can we do for you today?" as opposed to having the estimate in hand and knowing exactly what we'd requested and they'd estimated.

I feel extremely uncomfortable that someone was in my home given how this played out.
