Honestly I wouldn't have known where to start, so thankfully I stumbled on Alliance Auto Parts. Their website was pretty easy but I called them and spoke to a sales rep, Austin who answered all my questions and made the process seamless. The piece was located upstate but he was able to get it shipped to the Queens location within 24 hours. I got a text message once it was ready for pickup, once on location they have an area for you to park, you go into the lobby and get a copy of your invoice which you take right next door to the garage where someone hands you your piece, they even offer to put it into your car. If I ever need a piece again they'll be my first stop! I highly recommend them!
