Bottom line, we bought the car and headed home to find that one of the interior door panels was cracked and broken. I asked if they would help us in any way to remedy the situation. They sent me to a Lexus dealer to see if it was under warranty. It was not. I asked if they could help me out with any portion of the costly repair. They would not. It was my fault for not checking every inch of that car AND having a mechanic check that car before purchasing. They could have offered some support to help me fix the broken panel. My lesson learned is to "never trust a used car salesman".
