We agreed on the work and he said he would throw in something extra (original job was dirt removal and tree cutting, the extra was raking leaves and cleaning the yard). And he did. 10/10. I'm not sure if they were the most affordable company because the minute I saw a million five star reviews, I just went ahead to pick this company. But they certainly live up to their reputation. From the minute I called them to the demotion, they were super fast, efficient AND FRIENDLY! I paid $400 for a full dumpsters work of tree and hedges, rocks and brick removal along with random trash that has been in my yard since the previous homeowner just left anything and everything around the property. I swear to god, it drove me crazy to find out what they tried to bury in the ground that included carpet, bath mats, trash, plastic, rusted tools and trash bags. I didn't think about it though, until they offered to remove that as well. Their customer service and work really went above and beyond anything I expected. We bought a house with a huge lot size and alot of bushes/trees. It was a fairly large job and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. They cleared blackberry bushes, removed a ton of weeds, cut out overgrown ivy, trimmed bushes/tree branches, cut overgrown grass, removed some bees, and removed dead bushes/trees. They also cut back alot of bushes surrounding my backyard pond, really made it look alot better. There was a small misunderstanding in regards to the scope of work (not John's fault), the lot size is huge and there was alot of work that needed to be done. I didn't make it clear to John the full scope of all the stuff I wanted to get done when he came for the initial inspection. However he was very understanding and generally agreed to work on all the things I pointed out. Overall I'm very satisfied with the end result.
