I called Terry and he picked answered right away and even gave me a quote over the phone! The quote was good and Terry was able to squeeze me in that day as I was between him and the next location and only had a few items. Note that I was very precise on what I wanted hauled off. Terry gave me and estimated time of arrival then called me when he was a few minutes out. When Terry showed up he was fast and efficient the best part is that the quote did not change, what I told him was going out was what was going out so there were no surprises on either side. Terry is a man of his word, I will call him for any future services I need.

I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.
