He was nice and answered all my questions, even some pricing questions which I see is a ongoing compliant in the reviews. He took the phone number of my wife as I would be working and that the washer was still hooked up as I wanted to make sure that was not an issue and it said it was not. Then he didn't give any of the information to the men who showed up, they called my number which I couldn't answer and had no idea they would have to disconnect the washer. You could tell X was annoyed but they handled it and got it all taken care of. It was purely do to them and that fact they got it done even with the issues in under my 15 minute break time was fantastic. The dispatch needs work but the people who pick up the stuff were great.

Most recently, Jesus and his team removed a large dead tree trunk for me (by the root). It was one hell of a job -- the tree wouldn't budge. So, Jesus and his team worked harder. They stayed into evening, working with a light. They wouldn't rest until they got it done. When they finally did, they made sure to clean up everything (in the dark). It was super impressive.
