A short time ago in a galaxy not too far away... EPISODE III - REVENGE OF THE SH*T (as in I had a lot of sh*t to get rid of) Trash has engulfed the BACKYARD REPUBLIC. Cardboard boxes, old furniture and refuse from a series of remodeling projects has created a blockade and stopped all traffic to the small SIDE YARD. While the residents of Simiooine wait endlessly for just two trash cans worth of refuse a week to be removed, the DADDYLORIAN sends a distress signal and JUNK JEDIS dispatches two JUNK JEDI KNIGHTS, the guardians of peace and cleanliness in the galaxy to resolve the conflict... And with the opening crawl out of the way - let's get to the review. Scott and Ronnie were absolutely fantastic. They truly are Junk Jedis. I reached out to Scott the night before and said "help me, Junk Jedis... you're my only hope." I described the mess that I needed vaporized - He said "no disintegrations" but I was told they'd load my junk and take it away like Boba Fett loading Han Solo frozen in carbonite on board his ship. He asked for a photo of the junk, but it was too dark to get a good holocron image. I told them I'd send them a jpeg in the morning. Before I got the chance to, Scott contacted me again in the morning and asked if we still needed his services. The answer was yes. I sent them the picture. He sent me a quote. I agreed. And next thing you know, Junk Jedis was at my house. They must've jumped to light speed to get to my place. They got there incredibly quick. And when they showed up, they brought a big ship...er truck with them. "Not the local bulk cruisers mind you, I'm talking about the big Corellian ships now." And emblazoned on the side was a stylized Rebel Alliance logo with two J's for "Junk Jedis." We were obviously dealing with good guys here. Their slogan under the logo was "discard your junk we will." So obviously it sounds like they have the endorsement of an 800 year old Junk Jedi Master. Scott and Ronnie came in, took a look at my junk... wait a second, that doesn't sound right - surveyed my refuse - and though I had a Death Star sized garbage compactor full of it, they said they'd get to work hauling it away immediately. I went inside, got back to work on my project, and in about the time it takes to down a glass of blue milk at the cantina, these Junk Jedis had removed the "slimy pieces of worm-ridden filth" from my side yard - and what had previously looked like something out of the junk planet Lotho Minor, looked as clean as a pre- Clone Wars Coruscant once again. I profusely thanked these Jedis. They actually were going to charge me less than the quote because it was a little less than what it looked like in the picture. I guess it's true, a Jedi does not act for personal power or wealth. But they were worth every penny. I threw them a couple of extra credits and said "sorry about the mess." As they were leaving, I heard one of their communicators go off with a familiar tone - it could've been a bass recorder, but it sounded like a bes'bev - a traditional Mandalorian flute. Either way - it was the unmistakeable music of The Mandalorian. These two Junk Jedis had more jobs to complete around the Outer Rim (Ventura County.) If you are being oppressed by the Garbage Empire, then Junk Jedis will give you A NEW HOPE. They are fantastic workers with great attitudes. Legendary service. Super-fast. Super-thorough. They came out cos I had a huge bunch of junk to get rid of and they came in and took it all no matter how heavy it was, no matter how clumsy it was & no matter how difficult it was! Needed a good amount of debris taken away (couches, bookshelf, construction equipment, lamps, etc...).
