They arrived and reevaluated the load and raised the fee to $800 which was eventually agreed to for all of the wood to be taken away. To say the least they definitely don't know how to effectively load the truck. The crew said that they loaded all they could and asked for payment. The images show the original pile, what/how it was loaded into the truck and what was left behind. Never use this company unless you want a job half done I asked repeatedly to call the owner which was continuously refused.

But, when speaking with one of their team members to get a quote and schedule, I was not told that Fresh Carpet only takes payment by phone apps. That's new: I did not pay via phone app for the previous service I had them do, which was a total carpet cleaning of two homes. Maybe I should have questioned the team member about their payment policies, but I believe they should be explicit and upfront about the fact that they do not take credit cards or checks. When the technician showed up I told him that I was not able to get to the link that was sent to me via text which was my quote and he responded, "You don't have a smart phone? You're going to need a smart phone to pay." I told him that they should have told me that before I scheduled and, at that point, was ready to scrap the appointment. He then said they would make an "exception" for me and would take my check. He went ahead and did a good job -- the upholstery does looks great. Upon return was told that price was "variable" based on when they take a look at what the project was. NOOOOOOOO. Not what I discussed and negotiated with the person I called. Were super careful about getting the hot tub out over the side yard rail.
