Honestly, the reviews do not do them justice. Josh and Ernie came by and were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Josh quickly accessed our need and gave me a price that was fair. My wife and I even added a few things after the price was set. No problem! Many times, people look for the best price and don't think about the service. The service is important too. When you get great service, you don't spend as much time worrying about the price. When the price is good, too... it's a no-brainer. I spoke with a company rep who also contacted the driver. After speaking with us both, they offered me a fair refund and still allowed the driver to keep his tip.
