He explained what he was doing, gave me some tips on keeping my rugs and carpets cleaned. Pricing = +1 (very reasonable, check online for average prices) I had my couch, dining chairs, three area rugs and bar chairs cleaned. Took the technician about a hour and a half and I didn't ever feel like he was rushing or doing a shoddy job. In the end I was happy with the outcome! Plus the free watermelon deodorizer.... Final Result = +1 (very happy) The process is simple - steam clean :) For larger areas they need a supply of water. Since I had rugs and chairs on two levels of my house, I was initially concerned, but they have an extra large hose in their truck, which can accommodate multiple level houses (2 in my case).
