But hands down, among all the other services we've used and even called, they are the most professional, efficient, and friendly. We had a 2-car garage full of stuff we piled up in a course of a week for them to take.... I kid you not, they took about 10 minutes all while baring with my many questions. I get a call on the phone from Ryan ensuring what he is picking up is as I described. We agreed and we met up. I did not realize my yard crew would leave there garbage there as well. The gentlemen that came to my home to pick up the sofa and loveseat I donated couldn't have been nicer. They were very careful moving around my other pieces of furniture to move the sofa and loveseat out. They were very personable and arrived the same day I requested and in fact they called and asked if ok if they came a little early which was more than ok with me. I called Junk King (Stafford TX) this morning, around 9:30 to request some junk removal (25 years and 2 kids worth of junk that filled one stall of a 2 car car garage. The Junk King truck was here by 12:20, and Landon and Steve were out with the first load (yes, we had a lot of junk) by 12:45. They returned at 2 PM and were finished by 2:15. I spoke with Marcus about 9:30am and by 11:00am, everything was gone. Rick and Felix showed, gave me a $400 estimate and explained that they may adjust it based on how much it actually filled the truck. They loaded the truck and charged me $323. My stuff was mostly boxes that I had broke down and they filled about 1/3 of their truck. I would use them again without hesitation. read more
