A great price factoring in the on line discount and the fact that they helped me in my time of urgent need. I am 75 years old and had to clear the final materials from my son's storage locker. Managerial problems prevented the job from ever taking place. They cancelled the estimate appointment, followed by a truck showing up at my house for that appointment, resulting in making arrangements for the job. Second appointment for work confirmed via phone day of, then changed, then changed back with the information that they would show up with a truck that wasn't empty. I cancelled the job, and was told I had to call the company to cancel. I did so, and then received a call from the dispatcher/supervisor trying to explain something, who evidently thought the job was still on. I couldn't hear him due to a bad connection, and when I explained that he said he would call back I said he didn't have to because I had cancelled the job. They outsource their initial scheduling (a national call center) which I found when when I called to cancel and the person asked for details of why I had cancelled the job. read more
