After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

Second, they clearly did not inspect the vehicle, because the driver's side seatbelt was broken. Third, they proceeded to have us test drive the car anyway, which is obviously not legal. And to top it off, the sales rep also made several sexist comments. Thankfully we stepped away from that fiasco and found a better deal on a newer model elsewhere.

Toyota gave me an offer but when I brought it in like scheduled the manager wouldn't even see me and told a sales rep to tell me that he's no longer interested. I decided to go 5 miles to carmax who gave me an offer in an hour. after that I decided to sell to carvana who offered the most to purchase my vehicle without even looking at it. the only stipulation was if I lied about the descripti and or there was issues then the price would go down. I brought it in, they accepted the at full purchase price, they sent the money to me within 48 hours and paid off the within 3 to 5 business days. It was a very quick and easy process and I would do business with them again.

After trading in my BMW for a different vehicle, I attempted to contact the finance department and the sales manager to facilitate the cancellation of the gap warranty. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my calls. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially for a brand like BMW. I plan to make a few more attempts to reach out, including contacting Leith's corporate office. If I don't hear back, I may need to escalate the issue with the North Carolina Attorney General's office and BMW North America. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing extended warranties from Leith BMW.

They appear to not stand behind their reimbursements of products, I recommend if they do not have everything on the car, do not do the business, once you put out the money, they do not reimburse you. I called the corporate office & was told the sales department handles this, I feel these people want to sell cars not reimburse for anything they claim to reimburse for.

We found a used Volvo that we liked online, made an appointment to see it and from the minute we walked in until we traded in our car and bought the Volvo was under 3 hours. Unfortunately, the car we liked had a dead battery but this was handled easily by our sales person, Johnathan. We arrived with financing in hand but honestly, CarMax offered a lower rate and better terms overall. Our car had one minor issue and we received a work order and it will be taught care of this week. Showroom was clean, our sales person was wonderful and the finance lady was great, too! We had a good experience here.
