We have purchased 7 BMW's from Leith in the past 15 years or so. I have received the lowest price from Leith BMW compared to other BMW dealerships in the area. Not only were they the lowest, but the most courteous. Barry and Mark are very knowledgeable about The Ultimate Driving Machine. They both assisted us in our purchases. Yes BMW is more expensive to upkeep. It is a high end, fine tuned Machine. That is why I lease them. Barry and Mark have been selling us all our BMW's here. No pressure, no smoke n mirrors. Straight forward and honest all through the sales process. Actually it was fun working with these guys. Service , I was there not long ago, is excellent. Yes , they are more expensive than your run of the mill vehicle, but BMW is a different animal. From a Mouse to a Tiger. Trained Technicians keep The Ultimate Driving Machine in Ultimate Condition. It makes a difference. Overall: Leith BMW has always treated us great, like kings & Queens ( my wife likes that ). That is why we keep coming back. Thank you Mark & Barry for your exceptional service. You make this endeavor a pleasurable one .

Service department overcharges for service. Will charge fees even if nothing is wrong. Save money and go to Southpoint.

I am an Audi fan and have own six in my life. In general I mostly brought my cars in for scheduled or pre-paid maintenance and have had no concerns with the service department, had a few goofy things where a volume button popped off the central dash and mentioned it while bringing in my A5 for a service interval and when I picked it up they musta searched for the knob and reattached it or had one and swapped it in and it. was fine. Recently purchased my third Audi, since I've not had one since 2018 I will update this after my first service experience, but to me I never experienced issues with the service teams not doing what they wanted. I wonder if many people review their dealers though and most of the reviews here are for people who had a bad experience and wanted to report it.

I had an older 2012 A4 wagon. Last model yr before they gianticized it to a allroad suv. In my 12…read moreyrs of ownership, I still only had a little over 40k mi since my commuting was always short distance. Prior to moving here I had all routine services done as recommended by Audi and an extra service with new tires for the long road trips we decided to take to find a place to relocate out of FL. On the final road trip to Wake Forest my heater quit blowing heat and in spring my AC stopped. Tried a local service for the heater, they could only get parts from an Audi dealer so cost was no better. Then for the AC, went to this dealer and was handed a $10k estimate with a handful of additional repairs no one ever mentioned before. That was last straw. It was certified used and during the extended warranty repairs were covered so I put up with the 2x cost of maintenance because it was a great sized wagon that's hard to come by these days. I hate big suvs and the compact types have too little space for carrying stuff. Anyway I found a certified used honda civic hatchback with under 20k mi - told them about the repairs needed on the Audi and they still gave me a reasonable trade-in. Hatchback isn't quite as handy as the Audi but I added a roof rack and it's satisfying my needs. Replaced the battery and it cost 1/3 the cost of the Audi. My oil changes are half the cost. Obviously, most people that can afford an Audi can afford the servicing. I was not expecting to own it until retirement but when we relocated and my commuting went to zero I had not considered time can wear on a car in that constant heat and humidity and should have sold it far sooner. All that is just my Audi experience. Great car, high maints. The dealer issue is another thing. No discussion of what repairs might have been able to be delayed considering my lack of regular commuting these days. Their position was all are either comfort or safety required. After I got rid of the Audi, I managed to get them to stop sending me emails and texts. However for two years now they refuse to stop sending me postcards. Not just to generic customer, but to my name. I called and got confirmation from a somewhat rude young lady that they would stop but that has not happened. The postcards keep coming. Terrible customer response! If I were to hit the lottery and were in the market for an Audi, this would certainly turn me away from this dealer.

Tire rotation We dropped it off at 8:30am and was told by Raelynn about the 3 hour software update and the car would be ready "well before 5pm" which my wife can confirm that she said exactly that. It seems like the efficient and logical thing to do would be to start the update and let it sit while the technician works on another car OR the other 3 items. At 1:05pm I sent Raelynn a message checking in on how things were going... no response at all. At 2:49pm I called to find out if the car would be ready before 5pm. Raelynn told me I misunderstood and that the car needed a 3 hour software update, they are working on the car, and she never promised the car by 5pm. Sadly, she never said when the car would be ready, which was why I was calling. I'll also admit I was a bit put out as to how your service department was being run. At 3:24pm Raelynn messaged me that the car would be ready around 5:30pm. Note that this answer came 2 HOURS and 20 MINUTES after I first asked when the car would be ready. Then at 4:09pm Raelynn messaged that the car was ready. Your service department has some serious deficiencies with time management and task tracking.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience at Leith Honda. I hate to give a 1 star review,…read morebut I do believe that is an accurate representation of my experience with them. I had such high hopes because my family have been lifelong Honda owners. I came to them with an issue of my ACC and LKAS not working. They diagnosed it as an issue with the multipurpose camera - $1600 part + $500 labor. Not ideal but I wanted ACC back. So I ordered the part and have it installed. The day I go pick it up, the same lights on my dashboard that were lit up are now flashing. Come to find out, the camera doesn't work properly on aftermarket windshields. (I bought this car used 5 years ago, so I was not aware of the aftermarket glass.) The windshield is an additional $1500 plus additional fees for recalibration. None of this was communicated to me by the tech, nor when I was buying the part, nor before I went to pick up the car. I had to advocate for myself that not only does the part not work, the situation is now worse than it was before. Trying to get Honda to take care of the problem was then an additional hurdle. I kept asking why if this was a known potential issue, why was it not communicated to me. They could not really answer that for me. They did end up refunding me for the labor of putting the faulty part in, which is genuinely the least they could do. I want to commend the person I worked with, Tim, who went above and beyond to try to help me and remedy the situation but I understand that he can only really do so much for me in his position. Honestly, there is not many other places you can go other than the dealership when the issue is this Honda specific, so I would just say be wary of this place. Maybe consider other dealerships if there are a few near you.

The car starting having issues that are related directly to the manufacture, not the dealer early on, primarily oil consumption which is well documented across this platform. With our warranty set to expire they replaced the valve seals and cylender head under warranty which is huge. We intermittenly exprienced another issue that plagues the platform (driver assist unavailable CEL throwing constantly). But with 20 miles to go, it started doing it constantly just as others had shared of their experience. We got the car there with less than 10 miles prior to 40k warrany expriy and they fixed the issue which included a brand new steering wheel under warranty. We were given service loaners both time. The service/sales manager Mike is a good dude and is trying to do the right thing. VAG is the problem, not the dealership. They are having to deal with a lot of issues due to these vehicles not being manufactured properly. There are several solid employees up there but SHANE IS THE GUY! This guy is a rock star, knowledgable, helpful and excellent at his job. I see a lot of negitive reviews but again most are due to poorly manufactured cars during the covid era when the supply chain was F'd. I would do certainly do business with this ownership group again.
