This is the first time I've ever hired someone to haul away my own construction debris and the crew from Junk Valet knocked it put of the park with their service. Robert helped me choose the best option for my job and communicated with me through out the entire process. His boys Hayden and Bryson, worked their behinds off to haul away all of the concrete I demoed. Both of them and Robert were very professional and respectful the entire time. Update to first review, May 2018. Another terrific experience with this company. I got an immediate response and they scheduled me on the requested day. I had a 2 hour pick up window. They texted when they were on the way, at the beginning of the 2 hour window which was great, and they arrived very shortly after. Gary and Drew were very nice, and Gary even swept up some dirt that fell out of one of the yard items being disposed. The most professional and efficient service company we've worked with. Don't bother calling anyone else - Junk Valet is so great! I LOVE this company! So happy I called them. I had 2 mattresses for pick up, called our local waste management company. Their prices were okay but they require that the mattresses be completely wrapped in plastic, and we would have to wait more than a week. Called Junk Valet, was connected to a live person immediately. He gave me a reasonable price, then quoted a same day pick up with a 2 hour window. I got a follow up text saying they were running late, which I really appreciated, then texted back to say they were actually on the way, earlier than expected.
