I moved to the Bay Area in 2008. Since then I've had a family of four in a 4-bedroom townhouse, moved through five apartments, and had over 8 different roommates. I've never really had a lot of time to pare down when moving and I've mostly just hauled everything from one place to another. I'm now leaving the Bay and have to get rid of all of the junk I've accumulated. It's essentially a three bedroom apartment and three storage units. For $175, they took a 7' high bookcase, an oak student desk; a 3' high bookcase and a 6' long wooden foldable table. My experience with Junkcat was professional and timely from start to finish. I received a call a few hours after requesting a quote for my mattress removal -- it's a heavy, cumbersome latex mattress that I was not looking forward to disposing of myself.
