They offer a variety of different pottery pieces for you to choose from. You pick your peace, each labeled with their price, and grab your own paint colors. You can take as much time as you'd like to paint your piece and once you're complete you check out at the register. They'll reach out in about a week or so to let you know when your piece is fired so you can pick it up. There were plates, piggy banks, bowls, figurines, coasters, anything you can think of! I chose a mug and it was about $25, but I did choose a rather large mug. Great place for a solo afternoon, event with the kids, or hanging out with some friends.

The classes are really small so you do get a great experience and learn how to do it well. You create the plate and paint it in the same night, so when you pick it up, it's all ready to go in about two weeks. It's so fun to try out a pottery wheel, and they help out to ensure everyone can do it! They also offer premade pottery pieces where you can paint yourself and fire for you. I was a little bit confused on what to do so I'll help y'all out: 1) Select the piece you want to paint from the wall. You bring your piece to the counter and pay for the price of this piece (usually found at the bottom) AND an extra $7 on top for the paint. Don't worry, during COVID you're allowed to come back and finish painting at another time without paying an additional fee again. 2) Go to the paint section and write down the paints color you want to use on the sheet of paper. The shown paint is half 1 layer and the other half 3 layers. You can sit down at any table you want and they'll bring the paint to you. (You can always ask for more paint afterwards). 3) When you're finished, give your piece to one of the workers. They'll fire it up for you and be ready in a week or so.

In my opinion, these kind of experience-based services should prioritize offering sublime customer service but this missed the mark for us. It doesn't make a lot of sense to take down our information just for us to have to actively follow up to get confirmation to pick up products we already paid for. I hope this was just a one off experience.

I had a wonderful time painting and chatting here with my friends this past weekend. We came in during the evening time and stayed till a little past closing to finish our pieces, and Mark was absolutely amazing and so patient in helping us wrap up and clean up. I have been to other pottery painting places in the past, but this place by far has the best selection of items at a super reasonable price range. I found multiple items that I would've wanted to paint and take home. During the time there, Mark made sure that our group was well taken care of, understood the use of the brushes and tools, and shared fun stories and jokes while passing by us every once in a while.
