After taking preliminary measures around the yard, John Le provided a great quote and in 2.5 weeks was able to transform my yard into a beautiful space for my wife and 2 boys. John and team had removed the pre-existing lawn/grass, leveled the soil and ground, put in a 12x15 artificial turf rectangle area, had his team pour in concrete (in the early morning) for majority of the backyard space, created a new soil area for planting, helped moved our lemon tree into this new soil space, and finally installed a new irrigation system that included individual drip spots towards the back wall for other in-ground plants. Service was incredible and I am very pleased with the results. Pictures speak for themselves. I shrugged it off as a fluke. The next time I had them come out, again I sent them photos, they gave me a price, but once more they doubled the price when they got here. We were erked but decided to let it go. The 3rd time, we sent photos, got the quote and, you guessed it, once they arrived they doubled the price. After 3 times in a row of them low balling a quote and then doubling it when they arrived I came to realize that this was now their standard operating procedure. I never used Great White again. So I give them 2 stars, because they used to be a great company.
