You keep telling us that the couch is against the wall, so no one will see the hole. Guess what, I see the hole. You say the safe still works, I just has a little scratch in it. When the scratch goes to the metal below, it becomes a gouge. I am really disappointed in you for not doing the right thing in either repairing my damaged items, replacing them, or compensating me for them. Now we are going to have to settle this in court.
