Came to pick up a part that was ordered and paid for online. They called me to let me know that the…read morepart was ready for pick up so after driving 3 hours, I thought it would be ready and cleared. The girl at the pickup counter said she couldn't do or find anything in her system and complained the whole time even after I gave her the transaction number. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. It is a large place that seems to have everything you might need for your vehicle.

If you buy the incorrect part or non-working one, these scammers will not replace or refund. Just look at their warranty disclaimer; They leave it blank so they can scam the customers without saying anything. They just scammed me for over $600.00 for purchasing an incorrect part, so save your money. Update - After over weeks trying and unable to get my refund, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau, https://respond.bbb.org/. When the scammers got notice from the BBB, they decide to refund me. They still charged me 25% or over $160 for restocking fee. They are probably will scam uncle Sam as well by not paying tax on this money. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
