She kept complaining the whole time from the time we entered the business that she had phone issues and told everyone that would listen to her including people calling in. It wasn't like she had a showroom full of people because we were the only ones there besides her and her coworkers. This is very unprofessional of her. She didn't even try. She waited until she could ask someone else who walked in from the back, who right away found where everything was already paid for and ready to go. Waited another 15 minutes before the item was brought to our vehicle. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars, because of her and her lack of customer service.

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
