The girl at the pickup counter said she couldn't do or find anything in her system and complained the whole time even after I gave her the transaction number. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. It is a large place that seems to have everything you might need for your vehicle.

Luis replied to my request for a mobile service. He charged $20 for the diagnostic and will subtract it from the repair cost if you decide to continue with the repair.
