Amazing donuts! Not very friendly mananger, she was in a really bad mood. She was rude to me an another client that placed a bigger order than mine. Her other colleague was kind to me and apologized for her behavior. The manager should not be behind the counter taking orders if she is going to treat the customers like that. very disappointed in the service today to where I have to come on here to make a complaint. As I walked in at 11:45 the young girl behind the counter name Chloe seem annoyed and when I ask how are you and if they were still open because she was cleaning up and putting the donuts away her reply was "good and yes unfortunately we are still open" & I was a bit taken back from her interaction as I'm In the hospitality industry myself. when I asked if I could get a breakfast sandwich she said the grill is closed... I was a bit confused because no where does it say on the website or on the door that the grill closes an hour and half before closing... I asked for the managers name she told me it was Sandra. so I will be reaching out to further this matter. I do not want anything for free, i just think this should be brought up because I actually was excited to know there was a Jupiter donut near where I just moved and I don't think I will be a continuing customer after this experience. it was very unwelcoming. Get here super early because they run out and when they do they close early! Get here early because they ALWAYS run out of everything super early and then you are left craving their donuts and egg sandwiches. I grew up eating Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwiches, but for you Southerners, you know it as pork roll. It's always a great sandwich but Jupiter Donuts doesn't make it the typical way. Usually the pork roll is sliced thin to very thin and use maybe 2 pieces, however, they cut theirs extremely thick. Also, I prefer my egg with the yoke a little runny, but they cook there egg in microwave and it's cooked all the way through. Typically I go home and cook a fresh egg to put on my sandwich, so I can have a little bit of runny yolk. The donuts are like they say they are... Out of this world! read more

I used to really look forward to getting a donut from both locations (Stuart & Jupiter) but the last several times Ive gone to either location Ive been disappointed.. Donuts have been very dried out and the customer service is almost like "you're lucky to be served" I would have given them a 4 star grading about a year ago, but something is definitely changing not sure if other customers have noticed or not. read more

I like the donuts, but hate the lack of customer service. It's rare I walk away from this location feeling good about my interaction. It always feels like you're bothering them. Today I asked for a box vs bag and you would have thought I called the worker ugly. Even though that's exactly how she treated my question. A smile doesn't cost anything. The donuts were amazing! I think my favorite was the blueberry cake with cream cheese frosting. The donut tasted like they used real blueberries unlike most other places. And the cream cheese frosting was spot on! I can't wait to go back so I can try their massive cinnamon roll. read more

I have never heard or been to this donut shop before but I am currently visiting family on the Island and found a bag of these donuts in the freezer... after defrosting them and trying them I can honestly say they are THE BEST DONUTS EVER!! I ate the classic glazed and chocolate covered donut with a dollop of icing in the middle (so amazing). At one point in time, which probably contributed to my weight gain (not complaining though), I would visit Jupiter Donuts weekly. That's because their food, not just the donuts, are amazing. The donuts are a good size, great variety, and delicious; I haven't tried a bad one yet. But, it's not just their donuts, they also make breakfast sandwiches and biscuits and gravy, which are awesome. Good sizes, good prices, and good service. Warning though, do not come in before they close and expect to find the donuts that you want, they normally run out before their closing time of 1 pm. read more

Small shop. Lots of free parking! Very friendly staff. We went for the first time yesterday. Only a few tables to sit but we were getting our donuts to go. The place smelled Great! What Happened??? I used to be a regular at Jupiter Donuts but the last few months due to illness I have been unable to go, until today! OMG not one customer was in there which I have never encountered before, they had less donuts, less selection with no identification of the donuts. Plus the old servers where nowhere to be seen. The donuts where terrible!! Dry and stale tasting, not the delicious airy fresh donuts they used to be. What's has happened?? Is Jupiter donuts under new management? The logo on the box says it all " There out of this world" and they are. If you get there early enough the donut racks are filled to capacity with oversized creations one better than the next. My favorite are the Boston Cremes which makes Dunkin' Donuts regular donuts look like the Munchkins size... coffees are great and a nice selection of Natalie'sOrchid Island juices. Pretty decent donuts. Very fresh, even the next day. Good size for the price. I'm a total yeast donut person so I am a little bummed that their selection is very cake heavy. However the cake is very moist My one gripe is that they don't make enough donuts to last until closing time (technically 1pm). If you're constantly running out by 7am wouldn't you make more next time? That's just common sense. They probably view that as a successful day. I view that as being unsuccessful and bad business. We were greeted with a smile and a good morning right off the bat this morning which was nice since some of the reviews said otherwise... no complaints there, the service was excellent. We came in around 8:30 on a Thursday and there were plenty of donuts to choose from still, in fact we had to go from a 1/2 dozen to a dozen because there were so many awesome ones to choose from. I felt the prices were very reasonable and the selection amazing. Horrible customer service! Stopped by on Sunday after getting a battery replaced next door. The counter person could not have been more rude to my wife and I! She waited on us while talking on her cell phone. Curt rude responses until she finally asked us the pay for the donuts immediately and leave. Confrontational and rude!
