Good bagel sandwiches. Nothing special regarding the service. They weren't busy when I stopped by. Older lady took my order. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to a station behind me. As she was finishing inputting my order in the system, she turned the screen over so that I can pay and wouldn't you know it... they wanted me to tip! Mind you, they don't even get you the coffee, you got to get it yourself. Tipping culture in America is out of control. We're now expected to tip for them to do their job. You tip for exceptional service if dining in. My order was to go!! Good bagel sandwiches, kind of pricey. Skip the coffee as it's watered down. I was passing through town thought I would get a deli sandwich. I had three things on a wrap and bottle drink of limited choices. The total $16.-- the cashier hit the tip button now over $17 for a wrap and a drink. She told me it was a surcharge for using my debit card! BS I went to stop the order before it was made. Living 15 minutes away from NYC, I was happy to see a place called Broadway bagels. I was amazed to see a place out of NJ that actually had taylor ham aka pork roll. Both the service and my bagel were very good. My only complaint is the excessive, unnecessary use of plastic & styrofoam. We now know these materials are toxic and will end up being incinerated adding to air pollution and contributing to health problems. If you want to be a NY themed eatery, it's time to transition to natural materials like bamboo. read more

I was going to the street art fest in Stuart and I always drive by, but never stop. So this morning I decided to check it out. Great floor plan, they have tables inside and out. The person taking the order was very attentive and willing to help out on a good choice to order. They have screens to order from behind the counter. They also have a coffee bar with multiple choice coffees to choose from. Free water at the end of the coffee bar if you like. I was recommended the #6, it had everything on it with the English muffin bagel. I sat down in a corner table to get a good perspective of the place to wait for my sandwich to be made. People watching as they come in and out. They are pretty efficient on getting the ordered made and ready for pick up. I'm guessing the manager is walking around checking on things, cleaning tables, delivering orders to the customers. My order was delivered by him, asked if I needed and condiments to go along with the sandwich. The sandwich looked appetizing with everything layered up between the two halves of the bagel. I took a bite, the bagel was soft but firm. The egg and meats were favorable with cheese. I would definitely try this place again. read more

Visited twice now, so I'm an expert lol First time was just before close on a Saturday. The lack of bagel variety was understood just before closing. Second visit I was the first customer of the day on Sunday, same lack of bagel variety? Despite the empty bins for various bagels....especially egg bagels, the workers are courteous and prompt to prepare your order. I'd say for Florida the bagels are pretty good, I'll qualify that last statement, I come from a location where we get our bagels from a fourth generation bagel bakery including bubbka, challah, you get the idea. So when I'm in Stuart, this is definitely the spot. No lox-smoked salmon though :-( read more

I went to this place because I read some of the reviews I yelled, but I was looking for something different for breakfast. I ordered a plain bagel with a smear of cream cheese and a side of eggs. When the food was delivered to me, I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and the side of eggs inside the sandwich. The sandwich tasted horrible and probably because of the eggs mixed in with everything else, I would say I'd give this place another try, but I'm gonna take a hard pass on it. Just ok. I did not feel like the specialty bagels have as much flavor as I've had at other bagel places. If I lived within walking distance, I'd probably try it occasionally to see if they'd improved but it's not worth the drive from where I live in Stuart. read more

This is another place we've passed but never tried because they close after lunch. We were out early yesterday so we were able to try it out. They had a large assortment of bagels. The only one they were out of was the poppy seed bagels. That was ok because that isn't one of our favorites. They have a big menu. We both chose the jalapeño bagel and lox sandwich. We could not believe the size of it. Each half had cream cheese, red onion, capers. tomatoes and naturally lox. Other places give you Just cream cheese on one half and the lox etc on the other half. It was delicious. It actually was big enough to split. They have different flavors of Natalie's juice as well as coffee, tea and sodas. I had the orange mango and my husband had the orange. You can eat inside or outside on the patio. We ate inside. The owner was very friendly as well as the other help. Service was very good. They had been opened until 2 but they changed the closing to 1. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. read more

You wouldn't think a place could screw up something as simple as bagel but this place manages to do this every time I come here. Let me preface by saying the food is the least of this restaurant's issues. It isn't great but for the most part it won't make you sick. The restaurant itself is dirty, every surface is sticky and the staff is indifferent at best. It's bad enough not a single one of them speaks enough English to communicate with their patrons which results in many incorrectly made orders and overcharges. The attitude in general is just bad. The food is ok. $20 for a couple bagels and coffees lot and I'm sure this place only survives because of its proximity to the courthouse. Ok in a pinch but there so many better places read more

Work lunch so we called it in and picked it up. Two of us ordered the Wall St Wrap because who doesn't love gravy?! Opened it up at work, no gravy. The meat was a little dry. So disappointed! Signature sandwich; how can you forget the gravy?! One person had the Pesto Panini. She said it was delicious. We called the Deli about the missing gravy and they said next visit they'd give us a free side since they forgot to put the gravy in with the sandwich box. Great breakfast stop near the river walk in Stuart. We stopped in here on our way down to Blowing Rocks for a quick bite and it hit the spot perfectly. We ordered two bagel sandwiches, one with bacon egg & cheese and one with ham egg & cheese. The eggs were cooked fresh, and they had a great amount of gooey cheese on them. We drove from Jensen beach for breakfast here and it wasn't perfect but it was good. They don't lie when they say the food takes a while to prepare. Stopped by for breakfast as I had a meeting across the street. Bagel was typical baked on premises like a Dunkin Donut or Panera. Nothing special. Coffee was better than average. What ruined the experience is the counter person's poor and combative attitude. More than likely a relative as no professional business person would employ such a nasty older woman. German roaches crawling across the dining room room in the middle of the day, person making the sandwiches leaving them in the press to go outside and chit chat with another customer only to walk back in the restaurant after 10 mins with a Bloody Mary and still forget about the sandwiches. Bread was so hard from being in the press it was inedible and ham tasted rotten. Moral of the very quick story. Roaches. Poor service. And spoiled tasting food. This deli became a popular venue for me during a 5 week work project. It is conveniently located next to the facility I was housed at and offered affordable and healthy options. Moreover, we were able to obtain food in a pinch whether it be via delivery or pick-up. Breakfast and lunch options exist and include but aren't limited to: bagels,, burgers, salads and sandwiches. Assorted muffins and pastries are available for those with a sweet tooth. During my 5 week tenure, I tried the bagels, breakfast sandwiches and grew rather fond of the spinach salad. The spinach salad is a generous portion and features two hard boiled eggs, perfectly crisp bacon, red onions and tomatoes on top of a bed of spinach. Paired with vinaigrette, this salad is to die for! This deli is very clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend dining in or take-out. Outdoor seating is available too. Been working in downtown Stuart for past month or better, so this is not a review based on a one time encounter. Unfortunately, there is not a great selection of food near to where I have been working, so I have been forced to eat here. Never again though. Just have to say the staff at this bagel place is the worst. From standing in front of some kid taking my order, and getting it completely wrong, to calling to place an order and having it finally answered and placed on hold for better than 10 minutes only to be hung up on before taking my order, to just never answering it at all. Numerous times! Numerous days! I even stood in the lobby and called just to watch everyone ignore the phone ringing. Terrible customer service. So so food. High prices. Terrible attitudes. Last straw was a late lunch on Friday after being ignored trying to place my order via phone. Rang for 3 or 4 minutes and never answered. I ended up just heading in there myself to place the order and wait for it. But the older woman (owner's mother...?) just ignored me for over 7 minutes while I stood at the counter waiting. She looked over at me several times and chatted with the line cook, but never stopped cutting her tomatoes for the salad she was making. After 7 full minutes, I just turned and walked toward the door. That is when she finally wanted to acknowledge me. I just shook my head in disbelief and walked out. Plenty of better places to eat that are far cleaner, far more inviting, far more friendly and far cheaper for the little food they give up. Absolutely no loss for me to walk a few more minutes to get treated better. Again, not a one time happening. Has happened numerous times in the past 5 or 6 weeks of working in the area. Been trying to support the place, but never again. If you want repeat business and better reviews, treat repeat customers with the respect they deserve for spending their money in your establishment. read more

It only took 3 years but I finally found a good spot for bagels in Florida. I'm from the Northeast where there's a good bahel spot on every corner. I've only been here a couple times now, but the staff has been super friendly and the bagels are so friggin delicious. Nice and chewy with a little bit of crunch on the outside. The only weird part is that they really pack on the cream cheese. I ordered 2 bagels and it felt like I was carrying s brick to my car. Not a huge deal because you can just take some off. I went into the establishment for my first time on 10/10. I have been looking for a good bagel place and figured I'd give this place a go. I got an Asiago bagel with regular cream cheese and an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Both bagels were very good! The bagel wasn't very hard but also wasn't extremely soft. I hate hard bagels because they feel stale and I hate bagels that are super soft because then they don't feel cooked. I also checked the rest of the menu and looked at the sandwiches they had displayed, and they all looked pretty good. I have my eye on the pastrami sandwich as it looks hefty and the pastrami looks good. All I'm all, I'd definitely say give this place a try. I know I'll definitely be back. I'm from NY and miss my NY bagels but this place will fill a void in finding ones that are good. I've tried multiple other places but none of them really were that great and disappointed me. I won't give any restaurant names as that would be impolite. read more
