She took one look at me, without even speaking to me about anything, and told me that "it wasn't going to work out for me to be a patient here". I am not sure what the reason for the discrimination was, since all I did was walk in and try to check in for my appointment on time. In any case, RUN don't walk to any other primary care doctor in the area. This one is not open for business. they are a waste of your time. i'm not really sure "who" their clientele actually is and what the criteria s for qualifying. I have experienced discrimination before, but not so blatantly and openly, for zero reason.

The receptionist told me that my co-pay was going to be $295 even though my urgent care co-pay $60 based on my insurance. I've never had to pay more than that for an urgent care visit and when I asked why she couldn't tell me other than that their policy and that is what I had to pay upfront. Needless to say, I took my documentation and went to another urgent care. Beware!

I was told I would see a doctor but only saw a lacky nurse practitioner Vasquez that seemed aloof . They gave me a prescription and the Nurse Vasquez told me if this isn't strong enough after a few days to call her and she would call in a stronger medication. After calling 5 times to get a stronger medicaction no one ever called me back or called in the new prescription. And the front desk receptionist got angry with me for calling to do what Vasquez asked me to do.. Bad experience try another urgent care ..

I just can not believe the kindness, concern, and help you gave me. I tried explaining my family history of Stomach cancer, and Olga Fernandez, ARNP, refused to schedule an Endoscopy. Instead, Olga ordered medication for my gastric reflux because of symptoms I described. Thank God I found another Gastroenterologist, who performed my Colonoscope and Endoscopy, and found several, Polyps in my Stomach, which were found because they had the clinical knowledge to order my Endoscopy, which is as important as a Colonoscopy, and equally Life.-Saving. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 34-years, and I do not have confidence in Nurse Practitioners, that work in place of Medical Doctors In Specialty areas.
