None of my other medical service provider's employees act or speak to clients like what I heard this day. It was as if we were lucky to be helped by her(?). She was talking so loud that everything she said could be heard in the waiting room. I came in and waited in line for 10mins to sign the sign-in sheet. There was one lady in front of me the receptionist was assisting. I politely asked for the sign-in sheet (was not asked to sign in. So I asked for myself). Afterwards, I was to "sit down and I'll call you up". The IPad I was given to complete registration on was filthy (not cleaned between patients). Once called in, my medical care provider rushed in for just a few minutes... and that was it. The nurse was the best part of my visit. She was kind, patient, helpful and friendly. There are several medical providers in the office building. I can only speak for the one I had and the service I received and saw for myself.

They use disposable equipment so everyone gets a new clean tube. About 5 minutes after the process the cramping and feeling that I may have to go to the bathroom went away and I felt fine.
