This was my first time getting a Colonic Hydro Therapy treatment. I was a little nervous not really knowing what to expect. I've heard that they were good for your gut and overall health, but never took the time to go. The office is nicely decorated and very clean. They use disposable equipment so everyone gets a new clean tube. They explain everything to you if you have any questions, which of course I did...LOL I will say it was a little awkward at first and I did have some cramping throughout the process, but she did mention that might happen and it's not unusual when I get an upset stomach to feel that way. About 5 minutes after the process the cramping and feeling that I may have to go to the bathroom went away and I felt fine. I definitely feel that it cleansed me and I will be returning because I feel that it's important to have a clean system to promote overall good health & hoping to get some relief from some current health issues. read more

I first heard about Pyure Natural wellness Center from Groupon. I had bought a groupon for a colon hydrothearpy. The first vist I was very pleased. When I came back for my second vist I thought not to buy my last Groupon for this place . I also added another service V-steam. When i was done with both treatmeants . She made up a price to charge me. She would not honor the prices on there website. She made it seem as if it was my fault for there website false advertismeant. She wanted to charge me 75 dollars for a v-steam. Which on her site says 44 dollars and by other spa or wellness center way over price. After reading other reviews . They will try and take your money . Be careful Not sure If you will be obe of the few they do not try rob. read more

OMG! I cant say enough wondertul things about this establishment and the staff!!! The service is exceptional, the equipment is the latest and greatest, the decor is beautiful and so is the staff! LOL! Kiani (sp) works the front desk. She's very professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything to the person's understanding. Dr. Adams is such a jewel! She's very friendly and personable. She explained I detail the steps for the colonic procedure. She also checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay. My overall experience was EXCELLENT! I will be back. If you're on the fence or hesitant to try a colonic, delay no more! You will be placed at ease and receive a qreat experience there! read more

I was initially excited to finally get my eyebrows microbladed and scheduled an appointment with Nicole after the consultation. Unfortunately, I had to call to reschedule my appointment because I got stuck on the tennis court. Nicole said to just come at 3:00 and she would fit me in. I got there at 3:10 and she said she couldn't take me. That I understood. But requiring that I pay in full before scheduling another appointment was rather insulting. Who pays for a service in advance? However, reluctantly I did it anyway. I was told the rate was $165 for the consultation and initial service. I repeatedly asked if any additional charges would be incurred. She never once told me that a follow-up would be necessary and would cost another $175. It is rather apparent that a follow-up is necessary by looking at what is suppose to be the finish product. However, I did not understand that was the norm. When I showed up for the follow-up is when I was told I had to pay another $175. I feel like it was a "bait and switch" situation and I was taken advantage of. Again, I repeatedly asked if all I would have to pay is the $165. My eyebrows do require a touch up as it is apparent they are not shaped properly and look like they are unfinished. You have to wonder if that isn't intentional. I've lived in this area for 30 years and will make sure that I tell people I know to avoid this place of business. read more

I typically never give reviews but I would be remiss if I did not provide a comment. The ambiance, cleanliness, professionalism and knowledge shared upon arrival made me feel at ease instantly. I had a hip bath and it was wonderful. The assistant provided me with an assortment of herbal teas to drink with honey. I will be back to indulge in their other services. Won't be going back, I called because I was purchasing a Groupon and wanted to make sure it would be good, the receptionist said I can just pay directly to them $82.50 for colonic and cavitation. Get to the appointment and I don't have enough fat so I'm told they can't do the cavitation. So I ultimately ask if I can just get a second colonic instead. She told me yes (2 colonics $72 on Groupon so I technically already overpaid) so when I go to checkout the receptionist is saying I have to pay in full for the second colonic and that they gave me Groupon price for 1 colonic which was $47, then I need to pay in full for the second ($85). I ask her why wouldn't it just be $72 as it's advertised on Groupon? She said because you can't use 2 Groupons in 6 months. Um this is my first time here and the second service I paid for isn't being rendered because I didn't qualify and no one indicated when I scheduled that I had to have a lot of fat, why wouldn't you just replace the service with something comparable since it wasn't performed due to no error of mine?? So now I'll need to dispute charge with my bank for portion of services that weren't rendered. I told her I was fine with $82.50 and didn't want the $10 difference back but she insisted I had to pay in full so needless to say that's not decent customer service whatsoever. I wasn't looking for a freebie or unadvertised discount. The service itself was good and I definitely need a second appointment but will spend my money elsewhere. read more
