This is literally the best barbershop I have ever been to. I moved to Orlando from NYC in 2015 and was looking for similarly talented barbers. The first time I went to Jusincredible Cutz, I didn't make an appointment-- I sat for an hour or so before getting up to leave. Justin *immediately* ran over to my car to set me up with an appointment, and I cannot stress how glad I am to have returned. I have not been to another barber since. The level of detail and precision exceeds literally the best NYC barbershops. I was loyal to Ludlow Blunt (formerly Tommy Guns) in Brooklyn, and Justin's skills vastly surpass their best barbers, even on their best days. Yes, his cuts take time. He cares about his craft and his attention to detail clearly reflects that commitment. You have to make an appointment, though. And, be prepared for a slight wait even when you make an appointment. Justin (and every barber who works with him) treat each client individually, and they will make sure you leave looking your best. Frankly, their prices are low considering the level of skill exhibited and the consistency of results. Additionally, the shop is a really cool space, and everyone in there (barbers and customers alike) are down-to-earth and easy to talk to. This place is tucked in the corner of downtown Orlando. The parking is tough sometimes because the lot can be completely full and the signs say you'll get towed so definitely be careful. As for the actual haircuts, they are definitely sharp and clean. I'd highly suggest an appointment since they stay busy all day. I used to go to a guy named john, but he recently left. I wish I had good things to say.. you come in and they tell you it's a 1 hour wait, 1.5hrs past and they say sorry we are going to work you in.. okay.. 2 hrs past and still "we will try and get you.." I came from out of town to visit a friend and knew of no other spots and this place was highly rated.. I expected professionalism and transparency, that was not the case. IF they were absolutely slammed & knew they wouldn't get to me their were 2 simple options: A) be upfront and don't offer a false promise B) recommend a larger shop nearby that might have more capacity for service They are not bad people and they showed good work cutting up their clients but from a business perspective, they owner has a poor service model and likes playing the "oh it's Friday sorry ‍ card" Their defense would be "who would turn away business" and the answer is "would you prefer turning away business you can't service or give someone a reason to sit down write this out on a public forum?" Show accountability for your brand. In contrast both liberty and uptown 13 both told me to not come in because they didn't want to have me waiting, that is real business. read more

While on vacation, I realized I was growing a forest on the top of my head and it had been a long while since my last trim. I found these guys on yelp, and they were close to where we were staying. I usually don't like to get my haircut on vacation, because I like who I know back home, but my wife was nagging on me to "look presentable". These guys were great. I wanted to switch it up from the traditional undercut but had no clue what to do, since my hair is very difficult. The barber did an awesome job, making me look sharp and really understanding what my hair did, how it laid, and how it should be cut. I'm so impressed, I actually hate it. Because now I need to find a better barber back home that can maintain this head of beautiful. They're cheap too. Best advise though, they are cash only, although they do have an ATM, make a reservation, and buy their pomade! read more

So I am starting a full beard and I looked for a Barber, not fair stylist to start the soaping process. I met John for the service along with a hair cut. I was early and watched the craftsmen at work. Their skill, precision and social skills were without question superb. Went back for a second cut. Had a scheduled appointment with Justin. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen on time. He made sure to ask exactly what I wanted and followed up twice to clarify since I was changing up my cut a bit from last time. Checked in with me throughout the cut to make sure everything was alright. Great communication. I have a few wild cowlicks and fine hair that shows any choppy cut so he took his time and went back at least 3 times to make sure everything looked great. As before, Justin is personable guy who cares a lot about his clients and business and is obviously a very skilled barber. My wife who almost never comments on my haircuts said that this was probably the best haircut I have ever received. 8/30/2019 Previous review New to Orlando and just looking for someone that doesn't butcher my hair. Combed through reviews and decided to try this place. Booked an appointment with Justin. Gave him the usual spiel fine hair, cowlicks etc.. and then explained exactly what I was looking. Great haircut for an even better price! They really spend a lot of time on your hair here and work hard on the details. The place has this really cool retro/vibe perfect for a 20-30ish crowd. First time coming here and I definitely think I'll be coming back. I was a walk-in so I had to wait a little bit so if you don't have a lot of time on your hands I would recommend that you make an appointment instead. Walk-ins are $15 while appointments are $20 but the appointment would include a beard trimming as well. Tom cut my hair and I got to say that he is a really cool dude. Dude is super chill with some awesome tats. I don't think they have more than two or three barbers at a time but you'll definitely feel like you get a lot of attention put on your hair. Also from what I saw from the other people before me if you have a beard you would definitely want to get a shave here too. This place is legit. Just got a fresh cut for the 1st time here and I will def be back. Justin squeezed me in the day I called and did an excellent job on my hair. I usually rock a faux hawk, but decided to change it up to a undercut, high fade with a forced part. Justin asked several different times before he did any cutting. Keith spent nearly an hour on a great fade (first time I've ever had a fade, but it actually works well with my mostly-receded hairline) and beard trim. One of the better haircut experiences I've had, but I was mildly shocked at the price he quoted at the end, $50. There's no price list posted (just other Yelp reviews saying that prices are good) and it's my fault for not asking beforehand, but still, I have to knock a star off for the shock I encountered at the price after the deed was done. I get my haircut by Tom Bunch the barber and I can honestly say I don't ever want to go anywhere else; the atmosphere and the location create a real authentic barbershop vibe...... they have great movies playing with great conversation; sometimes you end up hoping your haircut takes longer. I've been getting my haircut here for about two years. Tom is my barber. This is an awesome shop, the atmosphere is great, all the barbers can cut, and customer service is always there. I went to get a cut, I was with my 3 year old and his new toy truck. One of the pieces broke while I was getting a cut and Justin glued the piece back together. This was by far the best haircut of my life, and really makes me question my current barber options. The day before my friend's wedding, all us groomsmen and him gathered to get a cut or a trim, or in my case shaving the head. We all have beards, so the trims wouldn't be an issue. I think I had the biggest job. You walk in to a modern barbershop with 4 stations, some awesome art and stadium seats to wait in, and holy crap a lot of tattoos. We were the only people who came in without tattoos - absolutely nothing wrong with them, but just incredibly noticeable. Also noticeable is the fact that every barber had a great relationship with their customers. At least two after the cut walked with their customers to the local 7-11 or chatted with them before and after. With the biggest job, I went first among my friends. I watched as my barber prepared the lather and set up his area. I think the first round was a pre-shave oil applied by hand, and then the first of the hot towels. It was hot, it was nice. Next came probably the best experience at a barber as he applied the lather cream via a brush. I've had hairstylists massage my head, but this brush was something else. Really makes me completely reconsider my current hand applied lather treatment I give myself. My barber did good work with the straight razor to both my scalp, and to cleaning up my beard. It ended again with a hot towel and then hand applied after shave balm. I was impressed. One by one, my friends got their beards trimmed. In the case of Goat, we joked about using sheep shears but wow, I don't think any of us have seen his neck in almost 10 years. Oh, and it was incredibly affordable too. $30, plus a $10 tip (anyone taking a straight blade to my face and not causing nicks gets a bonus), though I know a simpler task costs less. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional and I really want to go back. read more

This place is busy and for good reason. I never make appointments for haircuts just something that isnt in my nature. I tried 4 days in a row to get in and was able to today. He is a really nice guy that seems like he would bendover backwards to make sure you are happy. Luckily for me he didnt need to show me those characteristics. He was extremely helpful to several walkins who wanted to buy some of his hand made product ( Palmade, Beard oils, ect..) I just moved here so i wanted to get a barber for life. I think i found him. Super energetic/ outgoing, knowledgable in his craft and the execution to back it all up. growing out my beard i was unsure of the hairlines and he walked me down the right path. I stumbled upon this place after moving to the neighborhood and getting fed up with the corporate "barber shops" that are just salons with lots of leather( *cough* Kennedy's *cough* Floyd's). I went to liberty for a while, a great locally owned shop with quality cuts, but the owner is kind of a jerk... And it's $40 for an appointment cut. Justin is the nicest dude in the world and the other boys are too. Tom is my main man, but everyone does a great job. This is the traditional barbershop, but it's so diverse. Punk kids next to thugs with some business men mixed in as well. This place is more than just a great cut, it's a great place to hang and unwind after a long week. They take walk-ins but call ahead, you'll pay $5 extra for your cut but it eliminates the wait. They also make their own line of pomaded that are all natural and wonderful for your hair and scalp. Go see Tom, buy some of their amazing home brewed natural pomade, and make sure you bring cash... Do yourself a favor and get cut up right! read more

Disclaimer: I am not a contrarian by nature. Yes, I know of all the 5 star reviews. That's the main reason I scheduled an appt at Justin's place. I was hopeful for a great experience! So this is MY review. I fully believe others have had great experiences... CONS 1. I called at 10am on a Monday 3 times before someone answered. Not a biggie, but not great. 2. Once I got someone on the phone, I scheduled an appt for 5:30pm that day. Perfect. I showed at 5:30pm... and sat for 20 minutes without anyone greeting me. Then Justin (who seemed very sincere) did greet me, and apologized for the wait (said he was shorthanded that day). 3. While I was waiting, a TV was BLARING some hood movie. Don't misunderstand. I like some hood movies. Boys in the Hood. Barbershop. Coming to America. Etc etc. But this movie was BLARING! I mean, come on. I know we're trying to create a cool and laid back atmosphere, but me (a new customer) having an actor shout expletives in my ear isn't my idea of a winning initial impression. 4. I ended up sitting until 6:20pm BEFORE a barber started on me. 50 minute wait time when you've scheduled an appointment 7 hours before isn't my idea of great service. BUT things happen, and what with all the great reviews, I was willing to overlook an hour of wasted time IF a great haircut was on the other side. 5. Joel (pronounced Joe-L) gave me my cut. He seemed nice enough, but the cut took more than 50 minutes. I appreciate a person taking their time but there's also something to be said for efficiency. 6. The haircut itself. Not great. Honestly, it looked like I cut my hair. Sides were choppy, not clean. Asked for top to be thinned w/ thinning shears... didn't really happen. I had to try and touch it up myself the next day. PS Joe-L has only been cutting hair professionally for ~3 months. PROS 1. Shop looked very clean. 2. Justin, aside from some of the topics of convo, seemed genuinely concerned about his clients having a good experience. He apologized to me 3 times for the wait while I was in the shop. 3. Looks like Justin's got some serious skills. I was going to compliment him on the cut he was giving to his client while I was getting mine but I didn't want to make Joe-L self conscious or anything. 4. Joe-L gave me a good haircare tip that made sense. CONCLUSION * If you're a hipster, into tats, appreciate sophomoric humor, like a clean shop and JUSTIN cuts your hair, you will probably love this place. For me, I'll probably look elsewhere for my next cut... maybe Next Level or Nick's. read more

When I moved to Orlando I wanted to get my hair done in the old school style - side part, pomade, gentleman's cut, etc. I tried a hair stylist and spent $50 for crap. I then tried Liberty - which had amazingly poor customer service and was overpriced. Jusincredible Cutz is my last stop and I routinely get cuts now from Justin himself, who is the owner. What one must be prepared for in all barbershops of this style are occasional delays, crass language, general standoffish behavior by the patrons and barbers, and a "clique" style social environment. Justin's shop does have elements of this, but they are more kind hearted than mean - and the cleanliness of the shop, price point and the skill of the barbers are second to none. Justin is the most expensive barber here and only costs $20. Appointments can be made painlessly over the phone and no payment is expected in advance. The cuts will take a very long time - probably 45 minutes to an hour, as the level of detail by Justin in particular is extreme. I don't mind, I look great when I leave. read more
