When I got there they were expecting me they ordered the parts and started working on my truck within minutes of my arrival. After 30 minutes the team was completed and I got the bill I was worried about the price but to my surprise it was more reasonable than I even expected. For the service, professionalism and cost they deserved more stars but yelp only have 5. I will continue using them and will most definitely recommend them to all my business associates and clients.

I will start off by saying that Drew is a gentlemen with a complete understanding of what needed to be done. No fast talking tactics to get me spending more than I had to while staying focused on the overall objective. Drew took the time to explain the process of what had to be done and the expected time frame which was right on the mark. Completion time was 2 1/2 weeks. Now the work that was done. Front bumper covers(2 piece), front engine hood, rear tailgate, rear bumper covers(2 piece) and last but not least left and right side rockers. Most of the work was just paint and minor repair work but when it came to rebuilding the rusted out rocker bottoms, that is where the craftsmanship came out. Just above the running boards I had my rocker panels/sections completely rusted through. Only a complete cut out and removal was the solution. This repair in my opinion was way better than what the factory had originally created. The use of new metal, perfect welding, rust proofing and installation of a rock chip membrane was a repair that will outlast the remaining life of the vehicle. As an added bonus Drew painted the rusted metal rear bumper that is hidden under the rear bumper cover to prevent further corrosion and the rear lift glass hinges. A nice gesture for no extra charge. Total appreciated that! Additional remarks, front and rear bumper covers were completely removed from vehicle to prep and paint the correct way and ensure a perfect paint job with exceptional results and eliminate any possible over spray onto vehicle. To top it all off I provide refurbished rims, lug nuts and new tires to finish the vehicle. Vehicle has a new lease on life and looks amazing!

Told the mechanic who observed the entire problem. He was filling another tire in the garage so I told him about my problem and he said we don't do that. Since she was paying, I didn't protest. Han (the owner) did a great job on my car and treated me very well. He even offered to pay for a rental while my car was in his shop. I'm not sure if that's something he does for everyone or if he did that because his friend was the one paying, but it was kind nonetheless. This year, my car was having new problems and I decided to take it to Han again because I was very pleased with his work last time. He's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about auto repair, but the price he charged me for labor was super steep. I wound up going to Ray Auto Repair in North Haledon who charged me a whole $100 less for a very thorough job. However, he's a close friend of my boyfriend's dad, so that's probably the reason why it was so cheap. I wonder if Ray would've charged the same price as Han had I not had connections, but I never got around to asking. BOTTOM LINE: BE BESTIES WITH A MECHANIC.
