Hello, I absolutely LOVE this place, the flavors are unique and delicious. However, this time when the time clearly said it closes at 9; at 8:50 they were "closed." Me and my family purposely went there earlier so that we wouldn't disturb closing time as they still had a FULL 10 minutes before closing. We were absolutely devastated to see that they were closed. I totally recommend ordering ahead as long as you can make it there within 5 mins. Their menu does change. When I was there, they had an amazing fall flavor collection. I had to try the London fog and the psl. They both taste exactly like their name. The London fog came with this amazing cotton candy flavor. And the ice cream is just delicious. The psl...well my inner basic side just squealed with joy. One thing I would warn you is that they chocolate they use on their ice cream isn't your normal chocolate. We planned to come here on a Sunday after a hike. The hike took longer than we anticipated, and when we mapped it, we realized we'd get there maybe 15 min before they were about to close (yes we felt bad about doing that, but it was our friend's last day in town and he really wanted to try this place out). We didn't know where it was located within Trolley Square and on the drive we weren't able to figure that out. We were worried they would be closing soon either because they had run out of ingredients or if they just decided to close a little early, so our game plan was to get dropped off at one of the entrances and run in to find it. We ran in...and the ice cream truck was right there! AND they were still open! After pondering our options (and there are so many great options), I got the Ya-Mocha (coffee ice cream with cotton candy, my friend got the tiramisu, and my other friend got the PB + J. All of them were so beautifully crafted and statement pieces. We all enjoyed our selections and I couldn't finish mine, just because the flavor was rich and it was a lot of ice cream for me. I got mine in a cup, which makes it easier to eat and you don't have to worry about ice cream dripping all over you. While the cotton candy made my ice cream look cool, I didn't care too much for it since I had to eat most of it before I could get to the ice cream itself. Even though we got there not much earlier than the closing time, there were still a lot of customers coming up to place their orders. Reminiscing about this place makes me want to go back and try out their other flavors! They change out the flavors of the composed cones every few months, which is good for trying out new flavors, but it would be sad to find a favorite, only for it to disappear from the menu a few months later. Normal ice cream has the best soft serve ice cream! They have such a unique assortment of flavors. I was expecting larger menu because of all the pictures I saw on yelp prior to my visit that showed so many different toppings and flavors although this wasn't the case. However, I was told that they switch out their flavors fairly often and I was extremely pleased with my selection.
