My vegan ice cream cake. $40 Small. They refused to decorate to for my birthday said hubby.

While it's not bad in taste, and it's vegan....it's a terrible disappointment. My husband surprised me on my first birthday I have today being a vegan. They refused to decorate it. It's one small layer. The size is small. See my birthday candles in comparison. $40 for this. We will never go there again.

Hint -This is not normal Ice cream. I think they might use salt instead of sugar.... Get- The vanilla ice cream is good and the dark chocolate coating. Avoid- The brownie batter is so salty and does not taste like chocolate... at all.

Holy cow is all I can say about this place. Such quality soft serve and I love the topping and dip options. I only wish they had more soft serve flavors but I know it's probably limited due to the size of their facility. Service was great and fast on a busy Friday night. Also not their fault, but millcreek common parking isn't great. I'm so glad I found this spot, I will absolutely be back

Normal Ice Cream has a ton of variety, maybe almost too much. It seems like they could focus down a bit to simplify what they offer. Really yummy and interesting ingredients and combinations, friendly service, something for everyone but it feels like there's a need for a bit of streamlining and focus on experience.

Normal ice cream is anything but normal. I've always heard about this place, I've always had their ice cream from someone who source it from them...never directly from normal. Well I had enough, I had to go to the source. I was right to follow my feelings. The source is way better. I went to the normal ice cream lab. They do only mobile orders. It's usually quick and easy. I totally recommend ordering ahead as long as you can make it there within 5 mins. Their menu does change. When I was there, they had an amazing fall flavor collection. I had to try the London fog and the psl. They both taste exactly like their name. The London fog came with this amazing cotton candy flavor. And the ice cream is just delicious. The psl...well my inner basic side just squealed with joy. One thing I would warn you is that they chocolate they use on their ice cream isn't your normal chocolate. The chocolate is a bit more saltier than normal. It's also a dark chocolate. I love it. It makes the perfect balance between sweet and salty.

Great ice cream and love the location! We will be back, especially on summer Sunday nights. Pup friendly.

Anyone that knows me knows that I'm a fan of ice cream. Heck, I'm from Utah-I have to be a fan of ice cream, right?! This ice cream is not exactly "normal" as the name implies. It's soft serve, but not the traditional iced down version that you'd get from other soft serve places. This ice cream is rich (not too sweet) and VERY generous in size. The tower of chocolate was more than I could eat-some of it had to get thrown away. A tragedy. The ice cream is served food truck-style in the lobby of Trolley Square. I love the location because you can enjoy a cold treat despite the weather potentially being unpleasant outside. There are also a few tables and chairs to sit at, or you can take your treat and walk through the mall...might want to work off a few of those calories. My only complaint was the cost. I paid $5 for an ice cream cone. Sure, it was good. But that seems a little much. For the adults who will appreciate the flavor and the quality, I'd probably do it again. But if I'm satiating a few kids' sweet tooths (teeth), I'd opt for a less expensive option. They won't appreciate it anyway.

Oh my, I got a trash berry bar. It was soooo good. You might think trash berry that sounds kinda gross... I agree. It does sound gross. You should give yours to me. I will take that chocolatey berry bullet for you every time. I wish these came in a multi pack... sort of... I might be gaining a lot of weight if they do. These guys have the best flavors and the chocolate they dip their ice cream in is top notch. Every time I find myself near them I always purchase something and they never disappoint.

I looooove this ice cream! The flavor was amazing and so creamy and toppings are always the best. I was disappointed to find that the ice cream is hollow- they like only outline the sides and don't fill the center. Kind of irritating when it's so pricey.

What I guess is suppose to be wow, what a melon. Only has chocolate sprinkles.

The homemade longganisa (Philippine breakfast sausage) itself is incredible with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and perfect garlicky-ness. If they ever consider selling their longganisa in local Asian stores I will absolutely be first in line. And then they built everything around the longganisa, forming the most beautiful longsilog (longanisa breakfast) sandwich ever imagined with the soft brioche, atchara (pickled papaya), runny egg, cucumber, cheddar cheese with that really mild bite, and spicy mayo (which is very mild, I don't do spicy and it was great). I'm drooling just typing this out. If I lived closer I would be here weekly. It's worth the price (it's also huge/filling, on top of insanely delicious). It's worth the line. Yes, the line can be kind of long so either come early or just make sure you have the time available to you. It will be worth the wait. You can take the buzzer with you into Roots coffee and grab a drink, or pop next door into Ruby Snaps and try some cookies while you wait. The owners/family/employees are all very friendly and helpful with any questions. If I have more opportunities I'll eventually try every sandwich. My friend tried the Bulgogi and loved it. The bite I had was great; the Bulgogi was seasoned really well and it also went fantastic with the brioche. The ribeye meat was really tender. I'd asked for a side of extra atchara with my sandwich not realizing how much was already on it. I suggested to my friend to add it to her Bulgogi because the sweet tanginess from the rice vinegar would complement it well, and she loved the combination -- that is also my suggestion to all of you.

I had the Manila and LOVED the pickled papaya & cucumber paired with the Filipino longganisa, and let's not forget about the fluffy, buttery brioche bun! I just can't get enough! My husband had the bulgogi and was equally impressed. Being a food truck they have a cool set up, a couple seats outdoors and a sweet partnership with the coffee shop next door who offers their patrons a place to sit and eat inside. Can't wait to visit again!

The menu is packed with fun and unique options, which made it hard to pick--but in the best way! We tried the stuffed French toast with Nutella and strawberries, and it was heavenly--sweet, rich, and so satisfying. We also had the lumberjack skillet, which was a total winner. It's a big, hearty dish with bacon, sausage, avocado, and this amazing green chimichurri sauce. If you're hungry, this is the dish for you! The servers were so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only hiccup was the host at the front door, who didn't seem super welcoming--maybe it was just a busy day. The space itself has a nice vibe, but the seating is pretty tight when the place fills up. It's not a dealbreaker, but you might feel a little cramped during peak hours. Can't wait for the weather to be warm so we can eat outdoors. They have an awesome patio. Overall, this place is such a great addition to the neighborhood, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. Definitely worth checking out.

The fresh beef flavor definitely was there. It wasn't overly greasy and the bun held up to the last bite. Top 5 burgers in the valley for me. The fries were sadly a miss for me though, I was really looking forward to the extra flavor tallow would have added. I'm a crunchy fry type of guy. I don't know if it was the 5 minute steam in the bag but the fries showed no evidence they were crispy. In the end, I wouldn't order again as the extra flavor isn't enough to get me past the limpy fries. Not a truck thing and It's a bit tougher in the winter but I wish ComCom would bring back the tables for onsite dining. I would have enjoyed it more if I could have ate it right there.
