This place is a super fun and inexpensive date night! My husband and I have been twice now and had a great experience both times. They give a brief presentation about how to make a few classic chocolate creations and then let you loose to make your own. The first time we went was perfect, there were tons of free samples and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The second time was also fun but they didn't ever refill the free samples and the white chocolate mixer was broken. It was also the last class of the night and the staff seemed tired and weren't very responsive when we asked for help. Regardless, we had a great time and a really fun date night. read more

TERRIBLE staff and ownership. I am so disappointed in this business. After trying for two weeks to get someone to answer the phone to schedule a class, we had one booked for yesterday.We all took time off work as they confirmed the class. When we arrived, the place was closed. The lights were off and there was nobody there. I tried calling both locations, emailing, and messaging without any response. The owner and staff has still not responded. I'm wondering if this is a legitimate business. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of human decency in both keeping commitments and communicating. I don't even know who to report this business to or I would definitely do so. read more

Such a fun place! We came here with some friends for a Valentine's Day date night special. It was super reasonably priced for the chocolate, toppings, caramel apple, drinks, and the overall experience. They have pretty much everything you could imagine to pair with chocolate. Foster was super passionate, dynamic and fun. Each of his employees was cheerful, helpful, and responsive. Loved getting to take home a box of chocolates that I made all by myself. As I drove home, I thought of at least a dozen more combinations I wanted to try next time. The shop is light and airy and decorated very cute. The pre-made chocolates in the cases at the front of the shop have THE most clever names (Bruno Marzipan, Johnny Cashew, Mariah Cherry, and Genghis Pecan just to name a few). This store is more like a workshop, group events place. Inside of the store is pretty room, they have a lot table and work place at the back of the store, which can host a large groups. They have many events you can book from on their menu, girls' night, birthday, family... so much funny. Perfect date night! We went with another couple, had our own station complete with lots of chocolate making tools, apron, hat, gloves. The beginning instructions were spot on and well delivered by the team. There were samples to be had, drinks and even a caramel apple per couple. The chocolate is delicious and it was so fun making our own chocolate covered bacon, truffles, filled chocolates and more. This was such a fun place to go on a date with my husband! We enjoyed the upbeat vibe of the owner, foster, and his staff of very helpful high school/young college kids. The class was very well organized and I loved that it gave my husband and I the chance to meet new couples and interact with each other. It was fun to try new things and you truly felt like it was a fun opportunity to learn something new while spending time together. The chocolate is delicious and being able to see how the different types of truffles and treats were made was very fascinating. I especially liked making the lemon truffle and caramel apples. We saw the chocolate sign (which you could tell they were just opening) and didn't look back. Great customer service! Solid samples. Apparently, the owner moved here from Florida, after 16 years in business there. He said, "Lehi needed chocolate too!" Yep! The chocolate was good, not off the charts 5+ star good. If you are planning something important I would stay away. Had a reservation for my wife's birthday. Got bumped for a larger party. Owner called me to tell me that I no longer had a reservation. Even though I had gotten one, that I really didn't get one because of a training issue on his end. Had 0 sympathy that, we had planned this for my wife's birthday, taken time for multiple people to find baby sitters, and made plans. The facility was great the service from the 3 workers lacked almost everything. The ushered us in. Showed us to the table with trays and then instructed us to watch a video from a scanned qr codes and this was the only help we received. We had some questions about the pricing for the children and while trying to instruct us how they were priced. She said we will just tally it up when your done. This is such a fun place! I went with my sister and niece and we had our own little workstation to create chocolate delights. Two other larger family groups were there at the same time and the space accommodated us all pretty well. They have a brief instruction/demonstration period at the beginning and then you're off to make your chocolate creations! They have lots of fillings, large items to send through the dipping machine, lots of toppings for decoration or fun flavors, etc. They also had little samples for us to try which I found helpful. You'll get dark, milk, and white chocolates to use. I had fun making some molded chocolate, truffles, and some dipped things. I think the price is extremely reasonable at $16 for half a pound of chocolate or you can pay $21 if you make a full pound of good quality chocolate. This is a great girls outing, date night, team building activity, etc with no clean up involved! Make a reservation in advance and have fun! read more

We took a chocolate making class with 2 other couples at Just Add Chocolate. We had the BEST time. The owner was our host and he made the whole evening fun and engaging. Each of us made about 1/2 pound of chocolate candies while romantic music played and we sampled some chocolates that the owner made. We used fun fillings like caramel and raspberry and coconut cream.
