Sue's was a…read moregreat service for our dogs for many years and she went above and beyond to help us find our puppy when she was lost years ago. Recently, however, my wife and I went on a trip out of state for a week and left the house in their care. When we came back, we discovered that we were robbed. Objects were taken from my wife's jewelry box. All of the jewelry was left untouched. Nothing else was missing from the house. The dog sitter admitted that she left our house unlocked on two different days. She also drove our car while doing her rounds, obviously without our consent. The transmission knob on our car was twisted out of place and we also found her list of dogs to see and a check for services from another client in our car. The dog sitter denied everything. We filed a report with the police. Sadly, we asked for our keys back and have changed our locks. We won't do business with them again. For the record, Sue's was a reliable and caring service for us until this happened. Because this business relies strongly on trust, we felt it necessary that others know, but we take no pleasure in writing this. Please be warned.
