Aidan called the day of pick up informed me of when they would be here. They came as soon as they were done with their first appointment, still within my pick up window. Davonte and Aidan introduced themselves and told me how the service works. They looked at all they had to pick up, quoted me around $918, I was a bit hesitant at first but they loaded everything in about 30 minutes and ended up fitting everything into their truck. Final price was around $750, it was a lot of stuff and a few pieces of heavy furniture. I didn't even have to touch anything, the commercials are true you just point and they removed it. They arrived first thing this morning (I had asked for an early slot)--they were extremely polite and professional. They managed to get the job completed so quickly--the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. In terms of bid just a bit shocked at how on point of a timing estimate they were able to make based on the picture. One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). If I ever have something in the future would just contact them directly. Great firm.
