Excellent, friendly and fast service. Delicious cupcakes and coffee! I can see why this place was voted Michigan's best cupcake last year. Large variety of cupcakes, brownies, and other baked goods. They serve ice cream too. They also have breakfast and lunch items. I need to come back and try a breakfast bagel sandwich, salad, and a wrap. Everything looks really good. I loved my carrot cake cupcake! So moist and the buttercream is amazing. My friend said his brownie was fabulous too. This was a sweet little place to visit and grab lunch while I was visiting. The locals kept talking about the desserts and of course it was a must to try. We grabbed lunch and headed over to the park. I was truly enjoying my sandwich before the wind was so disrespectful and blew it away. So I accidentally dropped my coffee that I bought. Like people could see the receipt and look it up in 5 minuets to find my order and proof of purchase. But they were too lazy to even try to help me out. I kept asking nicely for them to make me a new one but they kept saying no and to leave. I would not recommend coming to this place ever again. It is 2025 you can easily look up a receipt on a high tech cash register. If they have tv menus they can work a cash register to look up past purchases. I truly wish this app could put 0 stars because this is what this place deserves read more

Don't be fooled by the name (or previous offering of cupcakes only); they have coffee, pastries, bagels, slices of cakes, pies and tortes, full cakes, ice cream, sandwiches, soups, salad, and small snacks. It's a welcomed addition to the Southfield civic and business area - we were lacking coffee and breakfast within the walkable area! A good spot for breakfast or lighter lunch; I tried the chicken salad sandwich. It was good but compared to the size and amount of salad you might get elsewhere, it was quite small for the price. I actually thought they accidentally gave me a half-sized sandwich compared to my friend's tuna salad sandwich. Can't complain as it tasted good and the bread was fresh but it wouldn't be my go-to. read more

I actually walked into here by accident and was a little disoriented when I realized it LOL XD I said why the hell not? I decided to grab something that looks good while I'm in here and I'm very glad I did! The girls working in there were so nice and attentive. I got the raspberry lemon swirl cheesecake and it was amazing! They had bagels, cakes, buttery flakey baked stuff and it all looked so good. i got a pumpkin spice frappe and it tastes like nothing and was so over priced. I'll never come here again. it's literally ruined my day. I would not advise anybody to come here. took very long as well. it's is a scam. also they suggested the banana pudding was the best thing they had. paid ten dollars for a jar and it's average. this place is terrible read more

Best. Birthday. Cake. EVER!!!!!! This Just Baked location gets it right! Sam was very friendly and accommodating to the several changes we made to the order. A triple layer, marble cake with buttercream icing filled and topped with fresh strawberries, blackberries, macarons, white chocolate ganache drip, truffles, and GOLD! Why?!?!?! I just left Just Baked 12/7/2023.I brought 2 cupcakes. One strawberry and one coconut. When I got home I began to eat the coconut. I hate to say but it was stale. It was hard and not moist. Today was my son's 4th birthday and my little sister from California had these yummy cupcakes delivered through door dash to the house. I've always wanted to try this place but never got the chance to so it caught me by surprised when these arrived lol. These cupcakes are so moist and delicious! They clearly LIED, kept the extra ice-cream we paid for, and left early to call it a night. Furthermore, they were suppose to provide a large nice stand, (the reason that drew us to hiring this company) - however, they came in with a small and completely different one. They told us they would be in professional chef hats/uniform, however, they were not. They told us they would have our menu typed up nicely for our guests, but they had a cheap, small dry erase board in which someone sloppily wrote the menu out. It was an embarrassment to say the least. I don't think this company is trustworthy, in regards to their business. I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service, the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable overall nice. I had lunch in the there for the first time. Stacked honey sandwich and bowl of chili. Everything tasted extremely fresh and delicious. The caramel machiacho is to die for. They even serve breakfast all day. This place is Beautiful on the inside it even has a fireplace. A hidden gem. The bakery offers a smaller selection. I was there was an event, but was meeting friends later and so added some items. Everything I tried was great. The only issue I had was the chocolate was covered in cocoa powder that was a bit messy. The bumpy cake brownie was the standout, I will be back for another. I have a friend who does not like things to be too sweet, and so I got a raspberry rugelach, which she really liked. I also appreciated the items were very reasonably priced!

My favorite dessert is the Rugelach which is very similar to the Polish Kolache ( crescent-shaped pastries filled with sweetened nuts or fruit preserves) which my family has during the Xmas and Thanksgiving holidays. Multiple fillings to choose from where all of them are good based on personal preference. Other favorites of mine include the Dubai Brownie, Pecan bars (If you love pecan desserts this is a must try), and their chocolate covered rice crispy treat (next level rice crispy treat). Relative to staff and environment, The owners themselves are very personable and very friendly as they are more than happy to explain their various desserts, many of them ethnic oriented. The shop itself is relatively small with a limited number of tables but definately a comfy clean environment. Definately a great place to go sit down and enjoy one of their desserts with a cup of their full bodied Joe. Overall, a business you should check out if you are in the area and have a hankering for something sweet. You will not be disappointed.

I asked if there could be one that was made and not sliced (as we have decorations for the cake) and I was told that if I wanted that option, it needed to be ordered one week in advance!!! How "fresh" are these cheesecakes if ALL I wanted was for one not to be sliced?? Very random and also ZERO flexibility from the person I spoke to one the phone. I'm flying in from DC to Detroit to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday... Last thing we need is terrible service and an inflexible business for something that is a minor request!

I've had those from New York before and also from Trader Joe's and I thought the cookie here was just okay.
